Wonderful Experience!I moved here last year for school. And got luck to find such a great place.Great location - 10 mins drive to USC,5 mins walk to Starbucks,CVS and whole food.People here are nice and patient, apartments are new and clean.Excellent sound insulation! Not noisy at all even in central downtown area.Security is great as well.Recommended for either student at USC or people who work around LA
I lived in this place for one year. beautiful building, cozy apartments, especially would like to express gratitude to Morgan, this is the best manager that can be. Throughout the year, she helped me with all the issues, dealt with them quickly and was very kind and friendly.
I have lived here since June 2021 and overall my experience has been positive, especially with the women working the office downstairs. My only issues have been that, while the building is very dog-friendly, dogs are rarely kept on leashes within the building and the garage gates are frequently undergoing maintenance or wide open.
Total scam. I’ve been a homeowner for years, I am a high earner with an excellent credit score. I paid the (non-refundable) application fee for my wife and myself figuring that acceptance would be a sure thing. I got an email an hour later saying that my “rental history does not meet property guidelines”. They are either consciously ripping people off or are completely incompetent. The prevalence of 5 star and 1 star reviews is pretty telling…
Just moved in alittle over a month ago and i’ve been loving it! It’s very safe and sound sitting in this big crazy city. Morgan is amazing too!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!! The management here is God awful.1) Fire alarms constantly going off for no reason2) Guest parking garage entry breaks down unexpectedly (meaning no cars can enter OR exit the garage) – If this happens, don't expect maintenance to fix it in a timely manner...3) Maintenance slow to fix issues4) Staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly5) High risk of losing packages (oftentimes I see large packages left in the mailing room, pretty much free for grabs)6) No security (they hire third-party security guards to stand in the lobby at night and these people pretty much just sit on their a*s and use their phone)7) This is a given with living in DTLA, but important to mention anyway - PLENTY OF HOMELESS PEOPLE8) LOUD and INCONSIDERATE residents partying till 3am and the building does NOTHING about it.Anyway, what really drove me to finally write this review was a particularly unpleasant experience I had with maintenance recently. The maintenance guy (don't know his name, but he looked Hispanic) was extremely unprofessional. Weeks ago, we had a fly problem but because maintenance/pest control took so long to help us, we solved the problem ourselves. When pest control finally did come, the pest control man was very cordial but the maintenance guy who works for the building was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. He accused us of having the fly problem because of our "dirty sink" (which we barely use btw) and even took a photo of it. Mind you, we had taken care of the fly problem OURSELVES and hadn't had any more problems in WEEKS. I'm extremely disgusted by his behavior and will strongly urge people from renting here for that very reason.I do, however, want to write a fair review, so I will make it clear that the property manager Trea Chafe, has been very communicative and timely in responding to my concerns. My lease ends in a few months, but I can say that the only thing I enjoyed about living here was 1) the price (got a good COVID deal) and 2) the well-equipped gym. That's it.
My package arrived late on the day I moved out. The management team said they would keep the package if I email them upon arrival- which I did right away and multiple times. They finally responded to me after seven days and I told them I would go pick it up that weekend.HOWEVER, they returned my package to USPS and now the package is gone. I loss my money and the package just because they couldn’t respond and read their emails!!!?Also, they confirmed they will put in the forwarding address which they NEVER DID - we only found out two weeks later about this because we checked in ourselves with USPS.Multiple packages were lost because of this and this happened to both me and my roommate. If you write an email - they just won’t get back to you and if you call, they’ll just have you call USPS to find the package - which never work!!!
I have lived here since July of 2020 and have had such a great experience w Wendy, Morgan, and the new agent Sarah. They are all so accommodating and genuinely kind. They make any and all issues seamless. Renting can be tough but these women are awesome
Been living here for over 2 years and have had amazing experiences with the leasing agents. Since moving in, I have been able to count on Morgan and Wendy in the leasing office to answer a question or even just offer a smile and a wave! Def recommend leasing here!
The leasing agents are amazing. Wendy and Morgan are so nice and make this place feel so inviting. Building is very dog friendly and roof spaces have great views and are normally private. I wish the managers had the same empathy that Morgan and Wendy posses. Don't rely on the parking garage or bike rooms for security.
