First time, in LA! My partner and I are seafood/crab leg lovers. We decided on this place to experience crab legs in California since we are tourists! The waitress is unfriendly, tries to talk you into eating whatever she wants. We, both, ordered 2lbs of crab legs (Louisiana mix). She brought our drinks out (can of coke and cup of ice) and maybe 15 minutes later our food, I consumed two crab legs and immediately put it away because it was insanely salty. I informed the waitress and she recommended adding butter! ? I refused and attempted to order something else, but I refrained because of her attitude when stating, “I’m sorry about the food, but we can not refund once the food comes out!” At this point if I ordered something and because they messed up, they don’t take responsibility?I should have listened to my intuition when the parking garage smelled of rotting food before entering the building! If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would! The only thing that was ok was the Coke and fries!Kellie (waitress) not paying attention charged us for everything including shrimp poboy then had to refund $189.00 then had to swipe our card again! Just wow!

The store is clean and spacious. There are not many options when it comes to the sauce for boiling seafood, but they're all good. I recommend trying the mixed sauce for an extra $1. This might not be your traditional Louisiana boiling seafood, but the taste is worth the wait. Customer service is nice since all staff are friendly and helpful. You might want to go pass the restaurant for a bit and turn left into the parking lot. I will come back to try more when live crawfishes are available ❤❤❤❤❤

I had the shrimp basket. The shrimp was good, but not $15.00 good. Pretty much the same as Popeyes. The "cajun fries" were VERY disappointing, essentially severely-oversalted shoestring fries with no discernable Cajun flavor. They re-did my fries and this time (unsalted unflavored shoestrings and a small cup of powder) it was much worse. Popeyes fries are much better. VERY noisy environment, could barely hear my client. So I recommend instead going to Popeyes, where you can get comparable or better food at a much lower price in a quieter environment.

Food is so delicious. Garlic noodles is a must in your bag. My coworkers and I usually visit for lunch which is cheaper than dinner.

Third or fourth visit here. Enjoy the food and service. Nothing over the top. Just enough. We will return again.

Not only is this restaurant over priced, but also the food is not that great. My husband ordered a soup and on the menu it said it came with oyster crackers and it sure did not come with any oyster crackers, he received one regular cracker only. Really disappointed. They charge you by the pound and I only got 4 tiny crab legs, which I paid $39 for. This is a rip off.

the staff are very courteous and attentive. service is fast . pleasant atmosphere. clean

Garlic flavor is official great seafood large amount of food for the pick 3 bag. Very fresh seafood. Will return.

One of the best seafood meals Ive had in my entire life. 10/10 Would recommend

I've had my share of boiling crab type places and I was honestly surprised how much I enjoyed oh my crab. It's a shame there isn't as many people but I guess that's a good thing as I will be coming back often. The service is very friendly, the location super clean, and the food is up there if not better than most other seafood boil places with very fair prices. My recommendation is to get the mix of the two sauces they offer and a po boy as that is delicious.
