Sunday February 6th I ordered a shrimp po boy, and a red snapper dinner. I never had such poor service. My shrimp was badly over fried. No quality control, especially after I requested that my seafood be medium fried, because I don't like hard seafood. The red snapper dinner was much to be desired. I will never patronize Off Da Hook Fish House ever again. I don't understand how a business can pass off such poor service.
This was the second fish ? spot I decided to try visiting LA for the first time celebrating my birthday. I must say it was horrible I got 5 little pieces of fish suppose to be whiting that was not fresh looked old the coleslaw was bland the fries were bland and tasted horrible. I try to support black owned businesses and thru fail me every time this is so bad for black owned businesses smh. I literally picked over and tried to eat it but it was so nasty smh
So amazing! I ordered the shrimp po boy and my friend got the catfish and everyone was delicious! Can’t wait to come back.
Wow is all I can say, the food was amazing as well as the service friendlyHad the Fried Catfish with hush puppies and slaw not disappointing at all would definitely return on our next trip out

This was my first time trying the food here and I was slightly disappointed that they were out of lobster tails for the day. I opted for the lobster tacos and they were delicious! The garlic rice is seasoned to perfection and the staff was very hospitable & kind. I can’t wait to go back to try the fried lobster tail soon.
Absolutely yummy!!! The sauce is a great addition to the meals. The loaded fries was by far my favorite. The bah tacos are delicious! Definitely the best fish n chips I have ever had!
This is a food truck serving fish and chips. The food was great and fresh . We ordered the combo with shrimp. They have seating area with shade. The staffs have British tones so I feel like we are tasting the original fish and chips in England.
Not a big fan of fried food but wow was I impressed! The fish n chips here were amazingly good, definitely a must go to place here in CA!
Excellent fish and chips. Worth the walk down the street away from the main street of eateries. Decent price and very nice servers.
