Really wonderful meal. I missed pho from back home so decided to try this as a second best scenario. I was not disappointed. I'm looking forward to the next flavors. They did a wonderful job with flavor combinations and portion size for me was satisfied and not stuffed.The ordering system is super easy, I enjoy menuless/electronic technology.Restroom was clean.
This place is great the maw fish is to die for get it before it sells out. The spicy beef hot was excellent and medium heat will make u sweat a bit. Dont ask for extra egg they usually forget and still charge. All ordering is done online but they will take your payment there lol.
Tried the spicy beef hotpot #1 on menu. Beef was mostly fat and hard to chew. Popcorn chicken had small portions, did not taste good, and was expensive. Waiter did not seat us after acknowledging we came in through the door and we waited 20 min before finding table ourselves. Ordered ourselves from scanning QR code. I am Chinese and I love hotpot but this was the worst hotpot experience.
The food was a little underwhelming considering the “hype”.The portions were large but extremely hot (as expected when your food is literally under fire).Do not order the popcorn chicken, over seasoned and tastes like McNuggets.Lastly, there are 0 pork free options, except the popcorn chicken… so if you have this restriction, don’t eat here.
Amazing hotpot, my girlfriend and I always stop by when we're in the area. The food is phenomenal
Ridiculous Change of Ordering System!! Extremely Rude and Arrogant Waiters, Waiters, especially the male Chinese waiter!!! Had to order from QR code, which took years to load. The waiter made us wait for twenty minutes sitting there with nothing being served, prevented us from directly ordering and forced us to order from QR code, although we cannot be more familiar with your menu. This whole change of ordering system is ridiculous. Will never come again unless change is made!!!
This is my favorite personal-size hotpot restaurant! #10 hot pot with crispy pork are the perfect combo! I love the flavor so much that I always finish everything when I come here. The complimentary drinks during the lunch time are also really amazing, especially the winter melon tea.
Came for the second time because we enjoyed it so much the first time. The experience this time was slightly less enjoyable. It was still tasty, but I feel like there was less stuff in the pot and not enough veggies. We did order extra lamb for $5.95 and they put it in the pot instead of on the side, which may have meant there was less space for veggies. The sweet potato fries were tasty but slightly overcooked, and possibly used old oil to fry because they were so dark. I think we will still return when we crave hot pot because it is the best in the area and the flavors are good.
Went there for lunch on Sunday. Great spot in Westwood with free parking across the street. Hot pot around $16 which is great value for what you get. Delicious and hot!
I really liked eating here, they put a lot of care into each hot pot. Tea is included and there are some tasty fried dishes like crispy pork to try. Only thing is that I wish the beef broth had more flavor.
