Great costumer service. My first time coming here the food was excellent definitely coming back soon. Clean place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family has been coming here for years for goodies, but heads up, they are horrible over the phone. You have to come in person to get good service. They're times I'm not done putting in an order and they hang up on me. Recently I've tried to pay my order over the phone, since I'm not the one picking it up, and just tell me the price and hang up. Each call afterwards trying to connect was answered with "We're open!," only to get hung up on. Just rude and odd. They are definitely not like this at the shop.

I ordered the quiche and the crust was soggy. It was very obvious that it was microwaved considering it was stored in the showcase fridge and came out warm 5 min later. Croissant was ok… The flan was good though!

Outrageous prices and they microwave the quiche to reheat it which made the crust rubbery. The 4 of us stopped for brunchish had 2 slices of quiche $16.64 each slice, a slice of flan, croissant, eclair, tart, iced coffee and it was Over $70, ridiculous, never going back and would never suggest it to others.

Chef Josette's creations are all delightful. You feel that fresh recently baked French pastry, bread, dessert, couscous, vegan butter, jam, the list goes on. Best kept local secret for us native Angelinos! Her cakes are worth it. Gateau du chocolate is amazing! Almond croissants, fresh baguette, anything you like she's got you. Also has an open seating area for those who can do lunch. Brunch during summer months.

The food is great. Be patient because the small staff can be busy. The food will make up for any inconvenience of time.

Haven't been back since being chastised for using a debit card. It honestly pretty tacky to have up all these signs about how much money the card company is charging. Just raise your prices a few cents. But serious we feel uncomfortable coming now since we rarely have cash.

I have lived in Los Angeles for nearly 30 years, and for entire that time I have searched for proper Brioche. Today my quest ended here. It is perfect. Will be back for cassoulet, eclairs and more. Magnifique!

Yummy pastries. Realized last time that I haven't tried any of the cheeses. Maybe next time.

Our go-to for birthday cakes (best chocolate cake in Los Angeles). The food here is always perfect. I just had an amazing seafood crepe from the Sunday Brunch menu. Chef Josette is a master - maybe the best french cooking in LA (certainly the best that I've experienced, and I've been to L'Orangerie). If you've never tried Escargot, Normandie Bakery has mastered this dish.
