I loved the bagels; I just don't like placing my bagels on the shelf. I don't know if the shelf has been cleaned for the day.
I love getting a breakfast sandwich from them every single time I can and it tastes amazing without failure. The line can be long, but they try very hard to move it along quickly.
My girlfriend and I recently ordered using DoorDash, our order had several mistakes such as our sandwiches being incomplete and carelessly thrown together, and for some reason they decided to throw in potato chips when we ordered hash browns. I understand if they had run out of something but in that case change the DoorDash so customers aren’t placing orders. Our receipt was also torn in half so our actual order wasn’t included in the bag which just seems careless. I remember having a decent bagels from here in the past but I don’t know how you make mistakes this badly. I never usually even write reviews for places but this shouldn’t be acceptable, it made a mess of our morning.
Apparently you should only come here if you have absolutely nothing to do for the next hour.I placed a phone order 30 minutes prior to coming in. I was told that I’d be in and out of the store, but that wasn’t the case.I stepped inside at around 8:30 AM. It was pretty empty - there were more employees than customers. The employees had absolutely no sense of urgency. Walking around casually, waiting around doing nothing, etc. Finally someone told me I had to wait in line for my phone order. Not sure what the point of calling in advance is if it’ll barley save you any time. The line crawled by. In total, I waited 15 minutes to pick up an order I placed in advance. I don’t want to blame the employees because I’m sure they’re doing the best they can but the process is incredibly inefficient. You should be able to either pay over the phone or quickly pay when you pick up your order, not wait behind people ordering dozens of bagels and being helped on the spot.To top it off, my food was cold (yes, I got the bagels toasted). Don’t think I’ll be back here.
They are quick and efficient when it comes to pick up order. Sure, you can wait in line to order but why would you do that when you can order ahead. Much easier and faster. In and out and go on with your day. Lovely people. Quite nice. Food? Can't go wrong with bagel sandwich and coffee to start your day. If a sandwich is too much for you then a bagel or pastry is also a choice. Lunch sandwiches are also available!
As I write this I'm on minute 20 of waiting. I just pointed out the bagel toaster was on fire, but the workers seem d calm about it. The bagel toaster is not designed to be on fire, it's dangerous and no one likes charcol bagels
Pretzel bagel was pretty good but a little small. Pretty quick service and not too busy for a Saturday morning.
I love Noah’s Bagels and will drive out of my way if I come across one in the area. Imagine my delight when I found out when there was a location right near my new apartment. This location however is probably my least favorite that I’ve been too. Although the staff is friendly, the service is terrible. They never seem to be prepared or the daily rush and almost always out of everything hours before they close. If I decide to order ahead since it’s guaranteed to take over 30 min for my sandwich, my order will be right about 50% of the time.
Walked in & it smelled great! 6 employees working and no welcome or I'll be right with even though there was only 1 other person in the place. Stood silently for about 3-4 mins, and had to leave to get back to work.. Bummer I really wanted a bagel ?♂️Will try again another day.
Probably my third location of Noah's bagels. I don't live here but travel to LA often...so far these are my favorite bagels. I always enjoy a toasted poppy seed bagel with butter. You can't go wrong here.
