Special sandwich - cold cuts, Vietnamese meatloaf, pate, mayo, cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon, jalapeno, cilantro - 5 ?Grilled pork sandwich - grilled pork, onion, lemongrass, mayo, cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon, jalapeno, cilantro - 5 ?If it wasn't for social media I likely would never have found this place. Located in the Chinatown area of DTLA (which has a lot of culinary treasures mind you) is a little Bodega like market that serves Banh Mi for $5. Value is great. Taste is great. Freshness is great. The baguettes were tasty and chewy. If you are in the area and are seeking a decent priced lunch that also packs a punch for flavor, give them a try.

Great banh mis for a great price!!
Vietnamese friends took me there. Chicken sandwich is the bomb.
Absolutely amazing banh mi sandwiches. The bread is perfect, it's light and crunchy, the way it should be. Most other places use regular baguettes that are a bit too heavy, this place does it right. The cucumbers are cut lengthwise, which gives each bite more texture. Oh and you won't find a ton of stems inside the sandwich like many other places, they take the time to remove the stems. The owner is really friendly, give this place a try, you're sure to love it.
By far the best banh mi in LA. Super nice people working there. The banh mi was flavorful and the bread was fresh. Can’t beat the price. Will be back for sure!
Wow I had their special, definitely the best in town. They also have amazing fresh fruit, don’t skip on those!
The restaurant is located inside a market so look carefully at the address.
The owners are super friendly and quick at preparing food. The banh mi are affordable (under $5) and packed with fillings. This is a super great spot! The bread is perfection - light and chewy on the inside with a nice crispy crust.
