Wonderful clean place with delicious kosher ice cream

I never give bad reviews, but with the horrible customer service that this store has, I have to give them a one star and wish that I can give them zero stars.I ordered the Truffle Frame for $65 as a gift for a friend (See picture attached) I sent her to the store to pickup the order and they gave her a much smaller platter (see picture attached) when I looked it up, it looked exactly like the Adina which is $36. When I called them to nicely tell them that they must have made a mistake, Alexis said that they ran out of the Eden, and gave us something to replace it, she claimed they called me but I didn’t get a missed call, or voicemail. She then had the nerve to tell me that it’s not the Adina, but some other platter that is the same price as the Eden (there wasn’t anything like that on the website). She said to send my friend in to exchange it, and when my friend went in, she offered another cheaper item. My friend spoke to Elizabeth there and she said to leave the platter at the store, I called and told them that after all of this, I would like a refund. She said to call back tomorrow because she can’t do a refund and that I should to talk to David-the owner and he will give me a call refund, I also left a message with my name and number for him to call me.He never called me, so I called back, and Alexis answered and refused to let me speak to David. She said that my friend switched the platter for something else yesterday, when I know that she didn’t. After I told her multiple times that she left it last night, Alexis was adamant and lied to me multiple times and told me that she took it. I heard her co worker in the background telling Alexis that the platter was in fact, there- clearly no one in this store knows what’s going on. She refused to give me a refund even though she made the mistake and has the platter. After all of this frustration and her telling me that she’s not giving me a refund, I lost it and gave it into her, and she hung up on me. I called her back and she claims she hung up cuz I’m “harassing her” ? then hung up on me again.It’s ridiculous that after she made this mistake, she wants my friend to come back again and again, they should be so embarrassed.I’m disputing the charge obviously, but wow don’t ever shop there unless you want aggravation-definitely not something I want to be busy with on Purim.

Chocolate drops and many bars of interesting chocolate in diffetent coco percentages. Usually there's something to taste. Very good for gift options.

Above and beyond. I was really not sure if this place was really worth going back to after my recent experience. However I know now that these owners truly do care about their business as well as there professionalism. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for phenomenal food and great service.
Been coming here since I was kid. Only great experiences there.
