4th of July lunch with a BBQ plate to-go. Being a Holiday all the staff was friendly from reception and all the waitstaff. Oysters were good, Smothered biscuits were a large portion and could be spli with a group of 4 as well as the small BBQ platter. And Drinks were well made. Casual Los Feliz spot.
The service is always good ðð¼ but I tell you - the Turkey Burger is what keeps me coming back for more!!! Sweet potato fries are to die forâ¦. And THE BEST OLD FASHIONED in town.
we needed a quick bite prior to a concert at the Greek and Messhall delivered! The food was served promptly and it was delicious (especially the oysters). Parking is also available for those that choose not to deal with "stacked" parking at the Greek. A quick Uber up the hill and you're there!
We have eaten here several times before a concert at the Greek. As always, the food was delicious! Probably as an answer to Covid outdoor dining, a structure was built in the parking lot. It was haphazardly constructed, and not the best of atmospheres. Not sure why we were put out there, as we had a reservation and the inside was empty when we arrived. It was hot out, but there was a breeze so it was better than expected. The service, however was very rushed. We had planned a leisurely dinner, but the staff was literally pulling our glasses and plates out from under us before we were finished. We finally had to ask to give us a minute to digest one course before getting to the next. Weâve not experienced this here before so it was disappointing. But at least the food is still great.
Cocktails at the bar were delicious & creative! Enjoyed the outdoor seating for dinner. Great service & food!

Preshow dinner before heading to the Greek- great location . Service friendly and attentive. Pretty limited menu but good options for most tastes. Hubby had a terrific Cobb salad and I tried the porridge with pork belly. Both excellent.
Everything was great. I know there is inflation... and maybe is why the prices are so high for some items. Like $16 for a glass of wine.
