Do not order during lunchtime if you expect to get your food within any reasonable amount of time. I placed an order at noon, was quoted that it would be ready at 1pm and it’s 1:30 and I still don’t have my food. It's like this everyday and I feel bad for the staff because you can tell they're working as quickly as possible, they just need more people and better organization. Management needs to do better.
Similar to another recent review, my complaint is about how slow this place is, and my office orders from here 10-15x a month. For delivery, it’s just the same kind of slow as pickup orders. This place takes 90-100 minutes to prepare simple salads during lunch time. Although it’s rush hours, something is definitely wrong with the process, as no other restaurants are THIS SLOW! Dropping a few ingredients in a box should not take that long. Or maybe the restaurant is taking so many orders that it can’t handle. If that’s the case that you have so many orders, why do you still have vegetables that seem expired? Yellow romaine…rotten spinach…etc. Can’t believe all this.
We love Mendocino! This is such a nice restaurant located in a beautiful area. The “Not-so-fried” chicken sandwich is to die for!
Waited for 40 minutes for my sandwich and there wasn’t anyone else around, they weren’t able to speed up the order and just told me to keep waiting. I should have just driven to Drake’s Farm if I wanted to eat sooner
Quinoa superfood salad was delicious! I was just ordering something to feel healthy but it actually tasted really good. The quinoa cruchies give it a crunch that's to die for ✨ ✨
Dropped in for a quick bite. 1/2 sandwich and soup combo, salad. Excellent portion sizes. Enjoyed the lunch.
*Ross is completely unprofessional and lacks leadership skill during a busy lunch rush. Avoiding customers from every side of him while only taking care of running food. Why is that his job during a lunch rush? Seemed very sweaty as he struggled to keep up with the amount of orders being processed. Less eye-rolling and more compassion for the brand because we all like to eat here.
Good food, a little stuck up matter of fact kinda vibe from the keyholder. But they probably learned that from not having to do grunt work. Either way, I enjoyed my Vegan Reuben. I think it was Vegan.
Could be better on having everything ready at once. I will always comeback
This is one of my favorite restaurants. I usually go to the Brentwood location. Not only the sandwiches and salads are super tasty and delicious, but also every single employee that works there is unbelievably nice and polite. I will definitely recommend it! Till next time, Rita
