NEVER AGAIN:Our experience at this place was horrible.- The cashier spent 15 minutes asking us questions about the salad that proved it was likely his first day at the job.- Half the people preparing the salad were not wearing masks.- Our table was dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. I told the person behind the counter and he handed me napkins to clean it- Even though we left a tip (you shouldn’t!), we had to go pick up the food ourselves- Even though we both ordered the same salad, they had significantly different portions- I had to go back to the counter and get the sauces they forgot to include after the 15 minute conversation with the cashierFood is alright. But the overall experience has been frustrating.
Really good food and a large menu with both fan favorite staples as well as seasonal rotating dishes featuring in-season ingredients. Food is fresh, items are easy to customize, and while it may be a bit more expensive than other places, the portions are very generous, so I feel like it's worth the price. Honestly, I'm generally here at least once a week -- I absolutely LOVE the Pink Lady Beets & Goat Cheese Salad and their side of Spiced Curried Couscous!
I order a bottle of salad dressing with my delivery order and it was missing from the delivery. After calling multiple times and waiting on hold forever finally spoke to some one to request a refund. She said she would process it but over a week later..still waiting
I enjoy eating Mendocino Farms Farm Club which is one of my Favorites Sandwich!! They have Many Different Kinds of Sandwich and Salads!! They have Special Sandwich and Salad for a Limited Time like a Limited Time Sandwich called Sweet Heat Crispy Thai Chicken Sandwich!! So you can either do the usual like go to the cashier and place a order or you can do mobile order to pick up a Sandwich or Salad. And it is across the street next to the Grove Mall!! So I recommend going to this place for a good lunch.
this place aggravates the heck out of me. not only will the disturb your eating by sweeping and moving unused chairs at your table kicking up dust and debris while you’re eating, but whoever wraps your sandwich needs to understand that I just washed my hands and i’m ready to eat and if the wrapper of my has just as much sauce/jelly on it as the bread, that it makes for a very frustrating eating experience.order a peanut butter and jelly sandwich if you do not believe this review. you will see. it’s as if whoever prepared the sandwich smothered their hands in jelly and wrapped the sandwich…restaurant etiquette 101: customers don’t work here. we also aren’t here long. you can sweep and clean around the table after we leave the table. it is not ideal to be sweeping and disturbing the customer while they are dining.
Staff is so friendly they all went to help find a Mendocino Farms glass bottle for me. The staff are very attentive. They only accept check, cash, and Mendocino Farms.
Mendocino Farms have to make the hour drive back when the Mendocino Farms arrives. The guy who helped me at the counter was awesome. He filled our cooler up with ice for our drive back home.
It’s Mendocino Farms. They’re all great. This one doesn’t skip a beat. Every sandwich I’ve ordered from here is spot on and fantastic. Parking is free with validation. They have beers on tap. The Grove is also nearby. Sidecar Doughnuts is right across from it. Always a solid choice for lunch/dinner!
We’ve had food delivered from here and eaten dine-in. The food has been consistently delicious! Always very fresh and attention to detail for every ingredient. I’m crazy about their crispy chicken sandwhich! One of the best I’ve ever had! I’m not normally crazy about coleslaw, but the apple-celery slaw in this is so good! The pickles are great, the bun is great, just amazing! It will be hard to order anything else as long as it’s on the menu. I’ve loved all the pasta salads I’ve tried here. Favorites being pesto and romesco.My boyfriend and I ate here on a Saturday at 11am right when they opened, and hardly anyone else was there. The staff were very friendly.Thank you for the great food! One of our favorite places to eat!
Tried to call ahead to get food togo to skip the line. They forgot about the order, offered us a complimentary side of potato salad…cool thanks.Then they rushed the food and gave me a cold sandwich and it was terrible.I love this place but they could do better. Thumbs down for this location.
