Management was extremely unprofessional and rude and this location dropped the ball on proving catering for a charity event.
First time trying Mendocino Farms, they sure got some Delicious sandwiches,And the bun they use is very delicious, specially the sesame seed one.The portions might be seem a bit small, but it's just the right size.

Stephanie (closing shift) provided amazing service upon my visit! After a long day I ordered a limited time salad (or so I think I did) they right next a sandwich. I was confused because I really convinced myself I ordered a salad. I took the sandwich because I didn’t want them to have to redo the order. About 10min later she comes to my table and brings me the salad I originally wanted. Thank you Stephanie for making my hungry and tired self happy!
Wow! Nancy and Henry are such wonderful humans. They have such an inviting and chill demeanor. The shop is spot clean and the food is plated wonderfully.I had an error with an order and they didn’t guilt me for reaching out. They just offered great alternatives. I am thankful for essential workers and this team is so warm and proves that the city is lucky to have good people. Mostly, the food is perfect and consistent. Tastes just as great as the first sandwich I tried here several years ago. Love the flow of this location — try it out. I hope Mendocino takes care of their employees the way they take care of us.
Great tasting sandwiches but they don't put enough meat on them. I ordered the Not So Fried Chicken 1/2 sandwich with a side of soup and there was barely any chicken at all. I had to pull the sandwich apart to find it. Paid almost 12$ and I am starving. There a lots of great family owned sandwich shops here and this latest visit has convinced me to stay true to them.
Usually I love Mendo's. But this time I ordered the plant based corned beef sandwich and they put so much dressing on it that I couldn't eat it. It just fell apart in my hands. Also the corned beef substitute tasted nothing like corned beef.
Don’t order for delivery. I made an order with two hours anticipation and still it arrived one hour late. First time I called they hung up on me, second time they said the delivery service was through a third party whatever and basically did not take any responsibility for the delay. So my food was just sitting there on the counter getting old and cold while I waited. Love their food, but terrible experience over all.

Best sandwich chain in the country, best sandwich place in California, period. Healthy, creative and damn tasty options. Very friendly service, too, especially at this location. If this company ever went public I'd invest in it heavily!
