Great food at an extremely reasonable prices, great staff.

This place is atrocious and disgusting. The guy behind the counter (not the cook) was sneezing and touching the sauces and not washing his hands. If I could give this place a -10 I would or a F. The food was merely okay. However the owner is a deplorable person and very unprofessional. He harassed my friend and I to take down our Yelp review instead of apologizing and trying to resolve the solution as grown ups. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. You might catch a virus or e.coli.

I ordered from their website and we had an accident with our order. they were so nice and refunded us for it and gave us a free fries. amazing food and amazing people!?❤️

The food was incredibly delicious. I will gladly go there again! My whole family was convinced by the food. And the beyond meat patty was definitely worth it. Yum

had a top-notch double burger plus fresh thick crinkle fries with a Coke for maybe $17 (9Nov2021)!?! delicious food lovingly prepared by skilled and attentive staff/owner(?). Glatt kosher food in a prime location:grab some patties and people watch!

A little pricey but I got a double south western and it was enormous and delicious, definitely didn’t need any fried. Also limited seating.

Love the environment of a mom and pop restaurant. Food was good and love the fact you get to put your own toppings. Plus not has a great name!

i love the food here. its so good. and the guy doing the cooking is a really cool guy.

Love love love the Campbell Kirk's! Never had a single bad burger or less than five star experience. The burgers are consistently cooked to perfection and the condiment bar is so much better than the Palo Alto location we make the drive over to Campbell. And the staff is amazing and work really well together. Thank you, Melrose Burgers ‘!

When I told the woman how far I'd come, she was shocked--even that I walked all that way from the VTA station. I'm not sure that they took any extra care in making the food because it didn't taste incredibly better than I had hoped.Maybe, I was just too tired to add my jalapeños or tomatoes or whatever, the beef and cheese were good, but not enough to wow me. Was it a step up from fast food places? Sure, but just.Good food, but not great food, and it takes great food to get me back. I suppose if I drove there, I would be just as ambivalent, but I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much--oh, wait!
