My family and I think this is the best ice cream we ever had. The flavors are so unique and full of taste. I love mateos ice cream but this is the worst location and bad customer service. I went in today and not only were they trying to charge me twice but the two employees in the front had the worst attitude ever. They didn’t want to take my card payment they said they were only taking cash. When they saw I was leaving , all of sudden were able to take my card payment. Plus my order was wrong. You hire people with good customer service and communication skill. Those people lack of it.

We stumbled into this place totally by accident having googled ice cream nearby. What a find! Only tasted the chocolate, but it was delicious.
Covid review so no tables to sit at. Large selection of flavors. Was pretty standard ice cream. Fruit bars are the highlight.Big bowl of ice cream and a chocolate covered coconut and pineapple fruit bar was $7.50.

This happened February 24 at 6:50pm. This young lady was cleaning the tables in the back as I walked in the store she walked after me and started putting her gloves on. ? I understand she's using gloves but if she just came from outside she should wash her hands always it's nasty and gross. I asked if she could please wash her hands she said she had gloves on? it's just nasty never should u come from outside and not wash your hands never come to this location that was nasty
