The food is nice however they charge $2.5 for sauce which is ripoff. We can’t finish this without sauce

Took forever (20 minutes) to receive after ordering. When we got the food they had also forgotten the sides. Pictures of the food on the menu are also very misleading- the chicken kebab is TINY.
Deliciois Lamb Chops. They have 2 halal options, chicken breast and Lamb Chops (not sure about gyro). The workers are also polite. The price compared to other restaurants in Westfield mall is really competitive.
Ordered a gyro pita wrap. No flavor, meat was cold and the wrap was hard. Had some hard time trying to bite, chew and swallow it. Not recommended. Nice presentation though.
The shish kabob was so fking good thank you.However, I was refused a cup of water. What kind of restaurant/fast food chain does not offer a cup of water after you pay for your meal. Had to literally go to another place to get a cup of water, so that was ridiculous. Literally every other fast food place at the mall offers better customer service, and at least a cup of water. I don’t like soda, I like iced water. First time ever being refused a cup of water at a restaurant, left confused and p*ssed off I had to wait in line somewhere else after ordering food from them
Bought 2 meals here plus yogurt and humus.My little daughter and I had stomach problems right after their food. Super low quality. Don’t recommend this place.
Fantastic food court cuisine. Chickens and beef are fantastic and you get a metric ton of rice.
Everything at Masis is flawless, the quality of food you get for what you pay is simply the best deal in town and the service is unmatched.The Salmon is better than anyplace I can find even paying 4x as much. This is one of the only restaurants I will order Salmon from. IT's always juicy and top grade fish. Masis is a staple for my family we eat here at least once a week. Thank you to everyone at Masis for well over a decade of delicious meals consistently every time.
