bad service! Have to call them for refills and when i asked for takeout boxes , they just bring 1 tiny container and i asked for more, and they just stare at your leftovers! I left a tip and one of the ladies that works there said: to little!!

Well, they have very delicious dishes and I do like them.Today around 1230 PM, 12/30/2021, I was there with my friend, and as usual, there were many people were waiting. I've got a waiting number tag and waiting patiently. Now, the receptionist, a tall young lady who was not doing her job.there were two groups who came after us. and they just went in and she did not even ask the waiting-tag numbers and she gave them the tables.I did ask her why she is letting them have tables, then she never answered my complaint. She just said, "I will call you". We were very upset and left. She should have come out and called the numbers, rather then taking the customers who have no manners and so as your receptionist..

Waitresses are so outrageous...They are rude, impolite, unprofessionally educated. I've asked one waitress about the parking system at the k-plaza and she was so cranky about it. She even said that she already forgot what I've ordered in 30 seconds ago cause I've asked her the question. What a memory she got.....The other waitress didn't even respond when I asked for napkins. I've yelled 2 or 3 times to get her attention and she didn't even looked at me at all. I thought she was some kind of deaf but when the other customer called her, she responded right away. What a joke....I guess the owner doesn't know how they behave front of customers. They should be retrained how to behave and serve customers right...

Food is good, but it is way too pricey for the food they serve! I do admit though they give you big portions! I always get either Jajangmyun, fried rice, or sweet and sour beef! Those are my go to's ?

BEST Korean Chinese restaurant in town. customer since Korea Town plaza opened!!!

Food used to be good, the service is terrible, specially in this time with Covid-19 where they should be thankful of loyal customers. They pretty much take your order.. make you wait... Wait.. wait.. prioritize more orders over the phone, and end up giving you cold food that has been sitting for over 15 mins waiting to be packed. If i could rate it 0 stars i would.

Very tasty Jjajangmyeon! Got the meat sauce (#7) in noodles. Probably my favorite I've tried in ktown so far. They have several different types of jjajangmyeon, but the meat sauce one was the best one compared to the seafood and regular jjajangmyeon. Had plenty of veggies and meats finely chopped into the sauce. Also had the pan fried dumplings which were amazing!I'll definitely be coming back to try different menu items. They give plenty for the price. The service was typical korean style restaurant. If you want service, get their attention, call out, etc. Sweet people and delicious foods.

We met with friends at this restaurant for lunch. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was very nice. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt good. The meal was great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. We recommend this place to all.

Last week was the first time in this good restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the courteous service, with the magnificent dishes and fine drinks and with the friendly pay. We will definitely come back soon.

I've been coming here since the 90's and always got the same thing: Combination Fried Rice. I believe it's the best in the city. However, the price has risen considerably as it now costs around $13. Everyone comes and gets the Black Bean Noodles and the Fried Dumplings; which are also really good, but my preference always goes toward the fried rice.
