Waited for over 1 hour with reservations. Service very poor. Will not attend again.
Experience was overwhelming. Start off food was great and service from the waiter was good. Had a reservation for a specific time table. But was still made to wait for over an hour to be seated. Which was unacceptable in this case. They promoted a strict dress code but they still let people in that were not following that dress code.

The food is always great and the environment is always so much fun. The volume is too loud when they play the birthday music, and I get that its part of others experience, but it was a little rough, and we had six birthdays during our dinner. Service could have been better, I had to work hard initially to get my servers attention. Once we got them though, everything came quickly and was managed well. its always a great experience and great food.
Initially we were sat with a view of a dumpster. We asked to move tables and got seated at the smallest table in the restaurant after initial hesitation from staff who obviously didnât want to move us. Our waiter was good except for a small hiccup. We ordered drinks that were good and came out relatively fast. However, when ordering food we were asked if we wanted mac and cheese to pair with a steak that was ordered and we agreed. When the food came out we began eating the mac and cheese to realize that it was the one that contained lobster. We were never told it had lobster and this could have been potentially dangerous to any person allergic to shell fish. When we told the waiter he was very helpful offering to take it back because he did realize he never asked but we let it go. My girlfriend who was celebrating her birthday ordered the steak tacos and halfway through her second taco found a curly long curly black hair in her taco. We were disgusted. I could not finish my food at that point. We promptly asked for our check. The manager never came to apologize for the mishap and our check took over ten minutes to arrive. We do not plan to ever eat here again.
I wanted to love this place, but unfortunately,the service was slow and poor. every time it was someoneâs birthday or you ordered a certain drink they blasted! music, I felt like I was in a nightclub. This would happen ALL through out lunch. If its your 21st birthday I would go here but other than that go next door for lunch.
Appointment was at 8:45 pm checked in at 8:20 pm was given a table at 9:30 everything was so unorganized
Reservations was for 8pm didnât get seated until 10 pm.. people just waiting all over the place hot mess food was good
We were not seated until about 15 minutes after our reservation time, which is not that big of a deal, but we were told was because the waiters were not there yet. Once seated, there was a bunch of food under the table and dried up on the walls, which makes me question cleanliness. Our waiter was nice, but the food took forever to get. The drinks are cool, but you wonât get a buzz off them unless you order shots. There were also a ton of flies and fruit flies everywhere.
