They're not currently allowing dine-in but it doesn't take very long for the food to be ready. We got awaze lamb tibs and the veggie combo and it's a lot for 2 people, very good value! It was a little under $40 but we're getting 2 meals out of it. Photo shows our half eaten veggie combo.
this review is for takeout only as I've never dined in. Delicious and great value. well packed for travel. Will definitely order again and again!
Just eating the food now. So good! I got the green chicken and it is delicious. The person who was working the cash register was so kind and welcoming. Will be coming back soon!
Visited for dine in. Was asked about reservation when there was no one in the entire restaurant.1. Was not offered tap water. When asked why, we were told we had to buy bottles of water ( owner stocked bottles that look like were bought from grocery store).2. Ordered two platters but they were brought on a single plate making it hard for the 8 of us to reach over and eat3. Overall bad customer serviceThe food was tasty but would not recommend dining in.
The food is amazingly delicious, I ate here for three days straight. The only thing is, each time I got quite sick. I’m not sure if it’s from the spices but some of my kitfo was undercooked so maybe that’s why? Make sure you specify that you want things cooked all the way through.

Lucy Ethiopian restaurant deserves a good review. A highly desired location for the African American group based on the amount of black patrons the day of my visit and a little tip from the on-site policeman. A must visit location within the Westend District.
if i could give this more than 5 stars i would the owner was very nice and the food tasted very good i would recommend anyone in la to go to this place.
