It was my first time there because my mother suggested your restaurant. But after todays incident I’ll never be going there and I believe you lost my mother as one of your customer. I place an order through the phone they said it would take 30 minutes so I was ok gives me time I get there and my order was still not ready not only that they are charging for curtido and the salsa now that's ridiculous that suppose to come with the pupusas and the prices are insane I pay like $40 for 6 pupusas 2 drinks and the curtido and salsa never going to this place again luckily I found another salvadorean restaurant near my house with decent prices and they don't charge for curtido and salsa I know times are tough but really charging for that. And like everyone said in the other reviews customer service in Los molcajetes is bad they need to work on how to treat their customers better.
I haven't been here in also two year and the food is still amazing ?. Even thou the rules and the price has changed, there was one waitress that remembers us. Still love this place.
It's good food but very bad customer service. They like to treat their customers very rudely and I've noticed discrimination. They also take forever. I once waited 40 minutes for my order.
Poor service, waited 45 mins for 2 pupusas and the place was not even packed. I saw an old couple leave without their food and another couple complain about the service to the waitress

I placed a curbside pickup order at 12:45 and it said it would be ready around 2. The email said to call once arrived and that they would bring the order since it’s A CURBSIDE PICKUP. I get there at 2 and called them and they tell me to come inside for my order. I go inside asked for my order and the woman tells me that they’re running behind and that it’ll take them about an hour longer to get my order ready. Are you serious? I left and canceled the order.Been here before and have dealt with their rude customer service but this is unacceptable. Don’t take online orders if your establishment cannot handle it.My go to place takes 25 min TOPS to handle my regular order. This place is a joke, avoid at all cost.
Popusas are always bomb, the plantains are good with or without the sour cream. Empanadas are great too based in families appetite and a must to order. Also, the pastellitos are good too. Always double check your order just as a precaution here or anywhere takeout is available.
What on earth is this yummines they make here! Oh my goodness these pupusas were amazing.it was only my sister and I eating.but we bought 18 pupusas to distribute to our family.they were delicious! The plantain stuffed empanadas were equally yummm,both bean and majar.I will travel the distance for these yummies.parking is a bit small though.wait time is definitely worth it.u could call ahead to order as well.the entrance is in the rear
