Okay so this place is close to where I live but I never go bc of how crowded it is. My dad and I decided to go when it was a little more late and I asked for a burger and my dad asked for sopes. The lady who took my order asked what meat I wanted and I was like :0 they make patties different meats? And asked for carne asada. Bro. SHE THOUGHT I ASKED FOR TWO TACOS. Don’t get me wrong they were very delicious and very big!! BUT MY BURGER
I make it a point to stop in and pick up all sorts of deliciousness when I am in town visiting my folks. The food is so authentic and delicious and the staff is happy, friendly and helpful. I have been a fan for decades - been coming here with my folks for many years.
Great prices on items , delicious food . But it needs to improve on customer service during the lunch hour rush. I was confused to which line to go to pick up order. I was waiting for almost 15 minutes before I was asked for service.???

Best Carnitas Tacos and Burritos I have ever had! I am from Boyle Heights and this place is the spot! When I was pregnant I got very picky with my food but Los Cinco Puntos never ever disappointed with their rich carnitas flavor. Hand made tortillas, fresh salsas yum! Highly recommend this place for the carnitas lovers.
My husband and I came out here from Melbourne, Australia and it was SO worth the trip. I think it was the owner or manager that served us at the counter and he welcomed us and walked us through the menu, helped us pick exactly what we were after and was just overall really friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that. The tacos and quesadillas are out of this world. We’ll be coming back for more. Thank you!!
I read in LA times food section that Cinco Puntos has the best tamales in town. I love their tacos, but never tried the tamales. Well they are really delicious...everything made there, mama, meat filling. Sooo good worth the wait. Next I want to try is the menudo
Although we had to wait in line for awhile, but is worth it. The food are amazingly delicious and good portions of meat in the tacos. Definitely go back to try other part of meat choices.
My grandfather , dad, and I have been eating here since they opened. No other place has this taste. The best carnitas in Los Angeles.
What makes this place amazing is its authenticity and the fact they are in the kitchen making your tortillas fresh and by hand. It is raw and authentic, locals, noise lots of chaos. It is fantastic! Food was amazing!
