Eating lobster and beer needs to be the new food combo that everyone craves. It just works and everyone needs to try this at least once in their lives. My girlfriend and I got the Maine Lobster roll, fries, and the clam chowder (cup). Though not the best I've tried, all of them were solid and I would happily eat more if I could. They also have a huge amount of beer and alcohol selections to choose from.I'm not sure if the structure parking is free, but I was able to find ample street parking for free.Overall, Lobster & Beer is a great joint with a friendly environment and I would easily come back if I'm ever in the area again.
Best place ever. Customer service level 3000. The lobster and crab rolls are extremely reasonably priced considering how difficult it is to get fresh seafood. I have paid $40 a roll for the same thing in Dallas. The happy hour menu is such a steal but we like to come for dinner too. I’m not from the east coast but I bet this would taste like home to someone who is. Nothing like a warm lobster roll. Also, the loyalty program is actually worth it. We almost always get a discount when we come in with our points. Not super common. Love lobster and beer!! ❤️
Absolutely superb. We went for Happy Hour before 7pm and everything was top notch! The star of the show was the Coconut Shrimp, which was so good we even ordered seconds!! Over the course of the meal we had two beers, two glasses of wine, two sets of the Coconut Shrimp, the Lobster Tacos, the Cajun Shrimp roll, and a large portion of Sweet Potato Fries. 10/10. Highly recommended!
We went for a late lunch with our dog. They were super nice about it and even offered a water bowl for the dog.We ordered two Connecticut Lobster Rolls with the extra knuckle meat—for an additional $15. That’s right! We paid $36 for each sandwich. It is not inexpensive. But it was delicious. Every buttery, warm, and soft bite was amazing. Lobster tender and the bread to lobster ratio was incredible.I don’t think the lobster roll would have been nearly as good if we didn’t pay for double the meat.Will def be going back when I want to spoil myself with a $36 sandwich.

Well, I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. Yesterday lunch we did so. Not super hungry so ordered 2 rolls and no sides -- a Maine and a Connecticut. It was lucky we weren't too famished. The rolls were tasty and contained a decent -- not great, but decent -- amount of lobster and it was nicely fresh. But the "value for $" ration could've been a bit better, as the sandwiches were fairly small. Bigger than an appetizer, but still small for what is presumably intended to be a meal. At $20 each (!), we won't be going back real soon.
Great experience , servers, owners(?) All very friendly , accomodating. We ate outside and got there 10 minutes before happy hour ended , use bar code on table to place order made the order with 1 min to spare! Great food, mussels served with bread, lobster rolls, wings lobster tacos . Sat outside , heaters available and the servers helpful with putting table together , telling us which heater was best . Someone ordered and cancelled their order, and the staff offered it to us , which of course we did not turn down . Define going back
A funky dive bar-esque place with darn good food, and real lobster!None of that artificial fake garbage here.Very hip and cool place, as is the crowd.The lobster mac and cheese was made with real cheese and the lobster was clearly there.Not just a few shreds like some places.Real lobster chunks here. Oh yum.The lobster roll was loaded and a real delight.These guys care. It shows in the food.They have those wine based cocktails, and the margaritas were quite good.I had 3 and worked out just fine.Yep. I like this place and will return again and again, indeed.
I like this place the decor is pretty cool. The food was pretty good too. I ordered the lobster sandwich but the shrimp sandwich seem to be better and tastier. Prices are kind of high it seem. Would definitely try it again if I'm in the area.
