Amazingly good food with very affordable price!I heard Leo’s Taco Truck from a friend who has lived in LA for years. She told me that it is a must-try during my short visit at LA.She is Right! The girls working in the truck don’t speak English well. But it’s not a problem at all. They are friendly, simple and nice. I felt very comfortable when talking with them, even not very smooth.Other than the menu, there was a glossary posted outside the truck. It is easier for me to understand.I ordered a Torta Leo’s and two tacos, one beef and one pork. The Torta Leo’s was really big. It was enough for a meal for two ordinary people. It was stuffed with all kinds of meat, vegetables and sauces. I don’t know what they were, but it tasted really good! The tacos were small. I think I would probably order 3 tacos if nothing else was ordered. To me, beef tasted better than pork. But I would say, the tacos are not as good as Torta Leo’s.They also offered complimentary bagged horseradish slices, onions, sauces… at your choice. Very nice.
Leo’s tacos at sunset Blvd and western Ave. Al pastor is superb. All their food is good. But Al pastor is the reason why me and my family always come back. We used to go to branch in Glendale Blvd and temple Blvd. But when we try the one in SUNSET BLVD. is all the same but sunset is closest and more convenient for us cause They have a lot of parking space unlike in Glendale Blvd. We usually go there every Tuesday night and Thursday. The staffs are working diligently and fast. They always do the request of the customers. We will definitely come back so often. And I always recommend them to my friends. You guys must try and visit them.
I went Monday night and had their asada fries which were delicious, but turns out the next day I woke up with a terrible stomachache. I got food poisoning. Inspect your food before you eat it. Im assuming the meat might not have been good or was old.
Okay super cheap but expected a bit more taste wise.
I've been coming to this truck for about 2 years now and I can't find a place that makes better burritos. They're almost always busy. Love their burritos and huaraches too. They have a good variety of dishes to choose from, like tacos, tortas, sopes, etc. They also have horchata (delicious), and I think Jamaica, and some sodas and other drinks. If this truck ever moves I'll probably cry myself to sleep.
We were comming back from the observatory and we saw this Taco truck in the Parking with que of people waiting to order , decided to give it a try and that was the best decision of that day . Enjoyed the Tacos at Leo's Tacos Truck.
Great stop for lunch or an afternoon break we got a little of everything was so good forgot to take a pic until I was halfway thru.
STOP!! If you see Leo's Taco Truck make sure you pull over and order some tacos!! You will not be disappointed. Absolutely delicious.
Small portions and tacos were pretty dry. We ordered A LOT of tacos for a party of 6 but got very little limes, onions/cilantro sides so it wasn’t enough to add to all the tacos we had. And even 3-4 tacos weren’t enough to feel full. Usually I’m full after 2-3 tacos but these are too small. Please, note - there are no table/chairs to eat near the truck even though there were some pictures showing spaces you can eat at.
This place was delicious! They were friendly and fast! Their tacos al pastor and the asada were my favorite!
