Honestly really disappointed with how this small negocio turned out after the pandemic. First time returning since and was surprised to see the state of it. I really hope the best for them and hope they receive the support they’re searching for but shooting your prices through the roof and serving everything in disposable containers is not the way to go. As well as having to order your entire meal at the front desk before sitting down. Genuinely disappointed in how gentrification has affected and highly influenced this business. The food never stopped being amazing!!! But just sad how everything turned out :/
Very clean staff is amazing?
Carlos, you owe me me $10 for margaritas that had no alcohol. I got a take-out order, and once I got home I found out your staff had forgotten the tequila shot cups. I called, and your employees admitted forgetting to include the shots, but they insisted that the margaritas already had tequila, and that the shots that they provide with them are extra, and free. Now, I have never heard of any bar or restaurant routinely providing free or extra alcohol -- have you? In any case, there was no tequila in there. Even worse, they got the rest of the order wrong. I ordered two cheese pupusas, one with loroco, and one with chorizo. When I got home, there were three cheese pupusas, no loroco. Carlos, this is no way to treat a long-time customer.
I just went today, and didn’t like it . No parking the food is ok but very expensive to be just a breakfast. Better go to IHOP. I will never visit this place
Reply to question: yes, removing all the spice from curtido might be better in my opinion. As long as there is oregano and vinegar. Not sure how the majority of customers feel. Maybe packets of tapatío can be offered on the side. Thank you.Have tasted the yuca frita con chicharrón, and I like it. I also love (me gustan mucho) and prefer (among others) las pupusas de chicharrón. I like the curtido better now; it is less spicy than before. Plátanos fritos taste great, too. Thank you very much. Ordered 5 pupusas to go (a mix of cheese, veggie and chicken) only the chicken pupusa was tasty. The major downside is that I waited 40+ min

This place has gone in the gutter. A friend and I went there to eat and their were flies everywhere! We ordered a pitcher of beer and they gave us two cups of beer. Also be prepared because when you dine in they give you everything in to go plates. I miss the old caszuelas where there were no flies, you order a pitcher of beer you get a pitcher of beer and you actually get plates. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired
I always eat here, the food is good and I never thought the day will come where I found HAIR in my food, y’all need to start wearing the hair caps, and I know it’s the girls who work there ?.
