I have eaten here and ordered from them many times. We've never experienced the ultra poor service we received on Father's day. We ordered an order for delivery at 6:45. By 8pm it hadn't been completed. I called 4 times. The delivery company waited 50 minutes. Once it was delivered, everything was cold and many items were missing. Apparently they ran out and did not offer us another choice. The manager would not come to the phone to resolve it. It seems there was poor planning on the restaurants part and they were grossly unprepared for fathers day. They said they would refund the missing parts. I still haven't seen it returned.
Great good. Great service. Actually, best service that I have seen before. We have been here in LA’s for a week and everyday we have come here because the food and the service is beyond expectations!!!
Really fast service and great food and some amazing desserts. Loved their picante chicken and salmon and the chocolate cake. A must try place on melrose.
I had the mahi-mahi with fries and it was flavorless and chewy. I tried a bit of the creamy salmon and the combo of empanadas which tasted good and had flavor. Would give it another shot to try another plate.
Excellent service wow Liliana our server was awesome friendly attentive and so was her assistant. Food was great. Definitely be back. There's a reason 26 years of service and covid hasn't closed the doors. They made you feel so welcome if they owned a hotel next door i would stay the night if not the weekend.
Hands down one of the best places to eat. An absolute hidden gem. Just great food.
I went to LaLa’s for my birthday, and the food was delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive the whole time we were there. Loved the empanadas de pollo and the chimichurri.
Dining at LALA’s on Melrose was quite a treat after a hectic day Whether they are busy or not the service is exceptional. My server was really cool. He was friendly, patient and attentive even when it got really busy Food and drinks came out really quickly. Everything was perfect. The ambience is great The menu is amazing. So many choices. Compliments to the chef! I had the Empanada Combo for starter ( I like how they embossed the initial of flavor on it - creative) and the Lunch Special 6oz New York Steak Can’t wait to try the other items on the menu next time.
