Upon walking in you get a gorgeous view of the city. We were sat within five minutes of checking in. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful answered every question we had. Give us suggestions on some dishes. Food was cooked perfectly the steak was a perfect medium rare. The wedge salad was delicious. Overall it was just a delicious meal. I will be back
Maybe add more food options as well as desserts. But overall it was great.
This place used to be the best. Prior to Covid, we went here for business meetings, romantic evenings, etc. I hosted my business events at the hotel and we always loved the service and high quality. My first visit since Covid restrictions. So sorry to say the service was very slow. They got my order wrong. Everything took so long to get. About 30 minutes for our first drink. I asked for bread 4 times until it was put on the table. Food was so salty, except for the salad. It wasnât crowded, but they seemed short staffed. Employees were great. I think management is the problem.
I just wish that the bread was served warm but over all beautiful view, very romantic

One of the best night to dine at LA Prime, Thursday when it is not too busy and got all of the attention. My family and friends always enjoy returning here to celebrate our special occasions. Chef Marcos came out and greeted us and checked on his chef's special dinner, bone-in prime rib (we requested for a large party). It's the best tasting, tender and flavorful prime beef. Service team with Rafael and Lorenzo took great care of us and recognized that we were regular returning guests. They did an excellent job. LA Prime is one of our favorite best steakhouse and seafood restaurant in downtown LA with a magnificent view. Very classy.
Hotel was lobby dirty. Parking not available. Restaurant was mediocre. Server was nice but not at level of the cost.

No waiting sat as soon as we arrived at our reservation, staff very attentative and friendly, kept our glasses full and table clean, wife and I both ordered the ribeye, it was delicious cooked exactly how we ordered it, so flavorful also ordered the Brussel sprouts, they were just ok, a little dry. Our server's name was Norma, she was awesome, she made our dinner that much more enjoyable
