Love this coffee shop!! The parking is a little tough. You have to park on the street. This shop is on the bike path and I saw lots of people stop by take a break here and go along their way. I tried the cold vanilla oat draft latte and it was delicious!! FYI , they don't put ice in it. I think you can ask for it. Perfect amount of sweetness, not bitter. Lots of places to sit and hang out! Highly recommend!!
La Colombe Frogtown is a popular spot on the weekends thanks to its location right on the LA river bike path. Every time I passed the shop on a sunny Sunday I see packs of people chilling in the patio and along the bike path near the shop.During a weekday morning visit, however, I was not impressed at all. My cappuccino was really sloppy, it felt like something you get from a coffee machine. The patio is nice though, green and peaceful.
Great, comfortable and yummy coffee shop. Gets very busy as it is right off the LA River and attracts a lot of bikers etc, but there is enough room to accommodate well.
I love this place. It's a totally great coffee shop and I definitely enjoy the scenery outside and it was super cool sitting inside. They're very careful with restrictions and so they'll check your vaccination cards etc. I really enjoyed my espresso and it was a nice area to just walk around in a little bit. Definitely felt like a diverse crowd so that's really fun if you would like to do some people watching.
Great quiet spot by the LA River, and great coffee as well.

Mel made an excellent cortado and cappuccino for my girlfriend and I. Working in the coffee industry and seeing this location definitely inspired. Great coffee, experience, and a beautiful location.
