So this is one of the many times. you stand in line and the employees never have the common sense to ask you what you what a dine or to go. This is the same reason why, I had to stop eating there. The just stare at you with a blank you. And just let everyone, rudely cut and don't have to sense to say he's in line. So you always feel like your lower class. For example if you eat there, and don't look Asian. Just know whatever you ask for whether it be a refill, or a napkin. They will go out of there way to no give you the time of day. I hate even having to write this. I love the food but your employees really need to make a effort to treat your customers better, especially when you go there weekly 2-4 times. They just don't have common sense and respect. So everytime you want to get a order from them, be prepared to not get good customer service

Great Korean Fried Chicken! just not good place to dine in. Make sure you clean table before you sit.

Wow! First time experience. We can’t even be mad. Now, this place isn’t a sit down place but one could sit as they have some tables but the dining area is small. Great for pickup. We ordered to go, got home, and some of the order was missing. Double check order before you leave, note to self. However, we ate what was in the bag and it’s was so delicious. We ended up going back for more a few days after.

I used to really like this place but the quality has gone downhill fast. Not only did they not include the 3 radishes I paid for, when I asked them about sauce they said they included it in the bag. Low and behold no sauce, no radish, and worst of all the soy garlic chicken was dry with no taste. I’m never going back.

Second negative review for the same reason. Food is pretty good most times, but their associates are lazy and unprofessional. Called at 930, was told they stop taking phone orders at 1045. Called from 1015 until 10:40, about 10 times, phone was picked up, and hung up. They never answered again, go before 10 if you want anything, they do not commit to their posted hours. I'm sure nothing will be done about this, does not seem like Kyocon cares about their reputation, only money. Try Two Chicken instead, they're close by!

I've been here twice now and it's the best fried chicken I've ever had in my life. I crave this place every waking moment and the fact that I am not able to eat it every day is absolutely cruel. Prices are fair but my only complaint would be you can't split the flavors in an order. Like you can't get 6 of one kind and 6 of another, but this is easily solved by simply ordering more chicken than any normal human can eat in a single sitting, which is fine because the chicken is so tasty your body will override its normal capacity for chicken, allowing you to eat more.

Wanted to check this Korean Fried chicken wings spot. Wifey had been here many years ago and suggested bringing me here and the kiddo to try their garlic soy wings and regular fried wings along with a side order of their garlic fried rice.Their soy garlic wings were crispy on point, you can taste the soy sauce and garlic within the marinade. The garlic fried rice was really tasty and the wings came with a simple side salad that came with their apple dressing and hit the spot to accommodate the wings and garlic rice. You can get different salad dressings and different dipping sauces for your chicken wings.Just a reminder that they will check for Covid Vaccination record cards if you so desire to dine in.The tables we sat at was dirty and we had to clean them off our selves even though there are signs clearly posted stating to clean your tables before leaving.Yeah, it's just a sign right?Stay classy and clean fellow patrons.I've worked restaurant business and won't blame the establishment for this one.If we are in the neighborhood again, will return for more wings.

We had to bring our wings home and concerned they wouldn't be good by the time we got here, but they were still crispy and tasty. We especially liked the honey wings and the spicy red ones. We can't wait to feel comfortable enough to eat them on site.

I really want to give a good score because I am Korean.. But I cannot... I ordered a whole chicken and there were 3 pieces of neck and no legs. The size of each piece is as small as my fingers. Seriously, it's not a good place for your lunch nor dinner.[After the comment from the owner]: Then, there are more serious problems. First, there were definitely less than 25 pieces for sure. I, my wife, and 5 years old son had it yesterday, and none of us had more than 8 pieces. Second, if there cannot be necks, then, what could be thin finger-like pieces which barely have something to eat? I would have felt better if there were not those extremely small pieces...

Sad… no longer the place to go for wings. They stopped offering delivery and now you have to go in person to the store and wait in like for at least 30 minutes. Even if you call ahead to order.By the way, the inside of the store is 20x15 feet and they do not ask guests for their vaccination status.
