Do not go here. They recently had a health code violation where they had to throw out 6 lbs of boba due to it being stored in extremely unsanitary conditions. The store went from a very low “A” rating to a very low “B” rating. The most egregious violation was the fact they were using incredibly old boba that was stored at hot temperatures well over the sanitary limits. The PR code for the health violations is PR 194002.This inspection was done in the spring of 2022.
I had been looking forward to trying Kung Fu Tea because there was so much hype around it. I went after a concert and tried the winter melon milk tea with boba. I could tell the tea used a lot of syrup so I didn't like its artificial taste, and the boba was a bit chewier than I would've liked. The latter may have been due to the fact it was very late at night and it was the last of the batch, but I'm not sure if I want to come back again.
Drinks are good. The Panda Pudding drink is amazing. I just wish they had more of the special season drinks you see on their app.
Such a nice hidden little spot. Super clean and sleek inside. A vast menu and the items are prepared quickly. 10/10 would come back

Great taste, prices well. Boba has a really great taste and soft. They have a wide selection of drinks. All drinks are customizable to your taste. I Like the fresh flavor, tea flavor and coffee flavor ones. Would go back to try different ones. Would highly recommend. No sitting available for now. Staff was very nice and informative.
If you haven't had the ginger milk strike (lactose free), you haven't lived.It's very good and I always add boba and egg pudding. My signature drink!

Overall, I don't think I'll come back unless theres barely any wait. I don't think its worth standing in line for 30 minutes just to order and wait an extra hour+ for your pancakes :( If I do come back, I'd just get the drinks! I'm sad cus I had high hopes v___v
So yummyy. I've gotten the milk teas here and I will say that among aaaall of the bubble tea spots around, this is my favorite. Consistently delicious ?
