Seen this review and became furious?the guys at Just Turkey are A1, the customer service there is great, the guy cashiering customer service was the best I received in a long time and the Folsom comments just shows that it’s still small minded people in society stereotyping good people, I got tacos and half / half tips, the guy was working alone and even though it was busy he got my order out quickly and the food was fire? Tips was amazing, recommend to try first, but tacos , OMG… the best I’ve had, shells , meat , toppings, all fresh and delicious , the jerk taco was my favorite. Good food and Great customer service A+Keep up the good work guys: I’ll definitely will be back….
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! Especially from a business selling food from guys who seem to have gotten straight off the bus from Folsom State prison! I came from Long Beach to pick my mom up tacos because I was raving about this place! Get there, I wait 20 minutes (without rushing), for them to get my order of only five tacos and fries; after receiving them from the customer service guy with the LA hat, he apologized for how long it took the cook) security guard Bruce Bruce in the back to put my food in a few taco shells. After leaving, I decide to check my food which was missing most of the ingredients you put in a taco; lettuce, tomato, cheese, (yeah, the stuff you actually want on your taco), and the fries were extremely greased soaked burnt and overcooked tiny pieces that they threw in my bag. I immediately called and went back to the store, spoke to the LA hat guy and he said he would take care of me. I get back, not only do they have me waiting on the side and take customers before me who came after, they refuse to give me my refund of over $20 because I paid with my card! His next angle was to start an argument and then turn it into something completely different; that made the security/cook Bruce Bruce, leave the kitchen and stand at the door with this "intimidating look & stance", staring me down as I tried to get my refund showing them the trashy food they gave me. If he paid more attention to the food, we wouldn't be having this unnecessary debacle anyway! And I still haven't gotten my refund for that trash! So owner of Just Turkey la, if this is family/friends; fire and rehire! And please return my cash.
Love this place. Good if you not into eating pork or beef. I tried everything on the menu. This is my go to.
This is the only place that serves turkey everything that's also seasoned to perfection, and you get very good portions for a great price. My favorites so far are their Jerk turkey wrap with chipotle sauce on the side, their banana pudding, sweet potato pie, their double turkey burger, and both regular and sweet potato fries. My husband and I are working on trying everything on the menu lol. If you're ever in the area, check this place out, you won't be disappointed.
Found this place on the food delivery apps! Everything was delicious ? I had 2 turkey tacos and the lasagna!!! BEST I've had outside of my kitchen? Definitely will order again!
Do yourself a favor and eat here. The Turkey tips were great. We heard the lasagna is also bomb. Great people and atmosphere.
Kind staff and delicious food! We got the turkey tips (half bbq, half jerk) and the chipotle turkey wrap. Great portion and amazing flavor. Highly recommend.
I had original burger, it was great, so delicious, I recommend though the lady inserted fries in to my order eventhough I canceled the fries and Salad... that wasn't appreciated but fries were delicious too!
Delicious recipes cooked by attentive and welcoming employees. I had the Chipotle turkey burger with fries and a Coke can for about $13 (on 11 Jan 2022). Prime location near the Expo line.
Best place I've been to in years now that I don't eat beef or pork. Turkey tips are the best.
