We are from utah and our whole stay this by far hands down had been the best the food and service. The staff is way nice and the restaurant is way clean I will be back next visit we came in 8 adults two toddlers and the service for us excellent and they have good gluten free options. But the food and customer service was the BEST! I highly recommend!

This is a place where you would eat at again ! Friendly staff, clean and spacious and the food is served quickly and hot. lots of options on the menu including healthy ones like gluten-free and egg whites only. The omelette is one of the best and the buckwheat pancake tastes amazing.

1st time here, had the Tahoe Scramble with melon & gluten-free biscuits and the O'Groats fresh lemonade (free refills!). I ate every last bite! So good.

Great place for breakfast. Coffee was great, I got the French press. Friendly staff and busy place, but we did not have to wait.

Visited this wonderful restaurant on a visit To Los Angeles in March 2022. Food was excellent with ample servings, service was extremely friendly and informative, reasonable prices and lovely Ambiance. Was greeted by the owner who took the time to speak with us and giving us the history of the restaurant and also took Interest in who we were & where we were from. I definitely would recommend this restaurant and will return the next time I get out to LA.

This place has small town charm in the middle of west LA. Everyone who works here is super kind and friendly. Get the “Señor Donn’s Latino Heat” as a burrito and thank me later.

I have been going here for over 25 years. Joe the owner is a gracious host. Get the biscuits. The best. A bit over priced compared to a few years back, prior to Covid. Worth going, always good and consistent. Never have I been disappointed. You can now eat in the rear of the restaurant where they converted the parking area into outdoor dining.

Had to enter at the back door. Stood at the first dining area which was unfortunately closed to diners, man never looked up to direct us to go to the next room over to be seated.Everyone was crammed into two dining areas which were very loud! Bus boy with dirty hands brought our napkins, silverware. We asked for beverages. Coffee was warm and not good.Server did not appear friendly under his mask, hard to hear or understand. Never got refill on water.Food was barely warm and very pricey! Biscuits were gross and hard, barely warm not good at all! Server was not attentive.Had to exit through the back past patio diners through a hazardous obstacle course to the incline parking.Won't be back. Wanted to like it, but didnt.

Wow! Went here Sunday for brunch with a friend and had a delightful experience on the patio eating scrumptious pancakes and bacon. A highlight of the visit was getting to meet the owner Paul and learning that this family-owned gem just celebrated their 40th year in business. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in LA to try the famous biscuits! See you then, Paul!

I had a great experience eating there. The staff was friendly and the food was nice and hot and on time. Make sure you bring a little extra cash, it's worth it. And don't forget some biscuits to go.
