Delicious food! My boyfriend and I shared the breakfast burrito. I recommend adding the tofu scramble ?. We also had the chicken and waffles. The waffle was my favorite part of it. BUT the best thing we had was the cornbread. A must have. Vibes and service were on point.
I remembered when this spot was super welcoming and hadn't been back since the previous owner sold it. Decided to come back since I saw one of the vegan baddies I follow on insta open a pop up here. (Her food is fire).❤️?This spot is definitely is no where near as welcoming as it used to be. Wasn't asked how everything was going or if I even needed something and sat for 15-20 minutes waiting after I finished my meal waiting for the check. It wasnt even that busy either.. No hospitality what so ever. Dining out is not only about the food but service is VERY important.I live around the area and decided to pop in but the mood Def. Killed my appetite and I took my desert to go. Hoping this serves as constructive review.
I love this place. Upbeat vibe. Cool ambience. Great food. Great service. Located in a residential area. Parking available on premises. Indoor and outdoor seating available. I devoured the (vegan) chicken and waffles. Been here before, will be back again and work my way through the menu. One delicious bite at a time! ?
I wish I could have one of everything here. Jewel is so good I want to come back everyday. The “chicken” + waffles as well as the cocomari baja tacos were amazing. Everything is just delicious and the staff are so friendly.
One of the best vegetarian restaurants I've ever been to. The staff and chef think very hard on how to create flavors and notes in the food they cook. Each item on the menu has so much attention to detail it comes through in each bite.The the staff and chef were personable. Will definitely be going back when I'm in town.
So good! A hidden ‘jewel’ in Virgil village. Has wonderful seating and ambience.The ‘chicken’ and waffles are highly recommended with the brussel sprout gojuchang sauce ??

I go here often, I really like this place. I have a wheat allergy and am vegetarian but there are a lot of things I can eat here. Try the coconut tacos with tots and the charcoal latte!! The charcoal pizza is dope too. And forbidden rice. Quality food.

Sauces on the buffalo sandwich and spicy pizza were good, need to generous w/ it on the pizza. Too much ice, not enough drinks. Cornbread eh. Misgendered me. Cute postcard came with bill. Vibrant murals on walls.
