Jar is great as always. would have liked a little less batter on the Zucchi blossoms, but they were still delicious! as was the salmon and salad!
As usual JAR never disappoints. If you have an opportunity to have the wild salmon please do so. Please specify how you want to cook itâll be cooked to perfection. And donât forget french fries along with the salmon.

First timer here. We got there early and it was quiet. The longer we were there, the louder it got⦠fyi. The cocktails were wonderful. The service was very good. The food tasted good. .. but not worth what we paid. Probably wouldnât go back. It was our anniversary and we were acknowledged many times. That was very nice. But nothing complimentary like at other restaurants,
The food is very good, seasonal, not trendy but comfortable. Portions nice sized and something for everyone. The restaurant is beautifully furnished, the tables a good distance apart and it's fairly quiet. The service is friendly and attentive but not fussy. Nice wine list by the glass and bottle and good cocktails as well. A lovely experience.

We love JAR and itâs always a special occasion - in this case of birthday - when we come. But despite saying it was a birthday- No mention or questions or special anything was offered. There was also a small child who screamed throughout the first hour plus of our dinner. We chose to sit inside for the quiet and ambience but that was ruined for us. And our busboy, Esteban, was fantastic and delightful and very solicitous⦠Our waiter was not. We had to ask for the bread we ordered three times. He poured flat water into my sparkling water. And really was incredibly inattentive throughout the meal. The food was delicious as usual, but we would make sure not to have this waiver when we return. Also we love babies but just not in a very expensive and supposedly quiet restaurant. It proved to be quite disruptive to our meal.
This place is awesome and has been for years! I hadn't been since the pandemic and forgot how much I love it there! I highly recommend it!
We just wanted to grab a bite Saturday night after a nearby event and knew we could get a table at Jar. Usually very reliable, we were really disappointed in the lack of sevice and the length of time it took to get our dinner even though there were only a few tables occupied, most already eating. The food, specifically the skirt steak (at $45) was sub par, so surprising since weâve had great meals there before.
Best onion rings, best pot roast and great service
