The cashier messed up our order. usually we just have some ginger added and we never pay for it. we paid for an extra shot of ginger this time. and instead of green juice we were given a smoothie. later we had it replaced at our request.
This jamba juice in Chatsworth take forever it takes every customer 10 minutes to wait. There customer service is terrible. You guys need train your employees
I’ve always come to this Jamba juice and always bought smoothies without using the rewards. Today’s my birthday and I decided to open the rewards account because I figured why not save money and also with my birthday. The drive-through guy was absolutely rude and gave the worst customer service to me ever. You definitely lost a customer and I am no longer using that rewards app. Tall guy, black hair and glasses. Nicholas L. Super rude. He laid down the rewards benefits and the coupons. He asked which one I wanted to use. I said which one because my app showed three. And then he said “you clearly weren’t listening to anything what I was saying. did you hear anything about what I just said?” When I left he didn’t even say thank you or enjoy your smoothie. I will never be coming back
Good service inside.While my order was wrong the first time, they fixed it immediately and was done right the second time.Drive Thru line was over 20 cars long!Came for the super charger and was glad to see Jamba was open until 10 PM.

Do not want to be cometley unfair because everyone in this jamba juice is very respectful but there are small minor improvements that the Manager or Leadership need to take into consideration. This location closes at 11:30pm however NOWHERE at this location does it make mention that the Lobby closes earlier. Many of us use the App to order so we can just show up at our assigned time to pick up and avoid the lines. Arrived at 10:10pm and still here waiting to pick up its 10:45pm now as I am forced to go through the very poorly coordinated drive through. Whoever is the Manager here needs to do a better job of following closely of the happenings here. If the lobby closes earlier make sure to advertise that somewhere put up some signs or something... It is not fair to others and their time. Maybe shut the app down from ordering at a certain time.NOT COOL ??
