Ordered some things earlier today and it gets cancelled without any reason as to why. Didn't get my money refunded and when I try calling and it's non stop ringing.
I love jamba juice but every time I order from thus location it comes out wrong or taste nothing like the order I ask for. If it would be once I wouldn't mind but after ordering a few times and more than half are wrong or taste wrong I wouldn't recommend at least from this location

Emily and Destiny were the 2 individuals working on Sunday August 22nd between 2:30 and 3:30. They were so rude..didn't smile..barely greeted us .. made us the wrong sized drink and just overall acted like they didn't want to be there. Horrible experience. Please quit if you can't exhibit basic customer service skills at a retail shop. They almost acted like they didn't like one another. Constantly ignored questions and acted like they couldn't hear us. We actually had a customer yell to them because they acted like they couldn't hear what we were saying. Ugh
Worst jamba of all timeTheir out of everything here and they gave me a COLD “hot” egg sandwich. Like literally frozen. Please hire people who are not idiots
Really poorly managed Jamba juice location.The women there are mean and rude and have very poor customer service. I waited in the store and watched as they shouted on customers and refused to answer the simplest of questions without raising their voices.This is by far the poorest manage Jamba juice location.
Ordered a orange carrot twist via UberEats. Instead of contacting me to inform me they were out of carrot, the establishment sent plain orange juice. A simple call to confirm that unilateral decision was acceptable would have been nice. Intentionally sending the wrong order with a note about missing carrot was inadequate.
The manager at this location really needs to check their inventory. I come to this specific location often and half of the time they are out of fresh veggies and inventory.
I live on protein smoothies so, of course, places like Jamba Juice are going to get 5 stars from me! There was something unusual about this one in Glendale. No raspberries, again berries -- only strawberries and blueberries. For that I knocked off a star because they don't have the full Jamba menu without all the ingredients. Otherwise, it was what you expect from this place.
