This is one of the worst Jamba Juice locations I've ever visited, it needs to be visited by Corporate. The restaurant was filthy on the inside and outside...the windows and door had clearly not been cleaned in weeks. The floor was sticky and brown, and the hallway that led, presumably, to a restroom, was blockaded by tables and chairs to keep people away. Outside of this location is an area of LA that is frequented by pedestrians and encampments, so I understand if they don't want public restroom access, but the way they went about it is awful. Ultimately, maybe not a great spot for a Jamba to begin with. Either way, I would never visit this location again and hope that someone can help get this up to Jamba's standard.
This is the worst Jamba Juice I’ve been too. The service was rude and since they were out of stuff, I ended up leaving with a drink I wasn’t happy with. Wish the staff could have recommended a better option instead of rushing me. My smoothie had no taste and started to curdle so I didn’t even finish it. Will definitely think twice before going to a Jamba Juice again.
I’m a regular at this location, it’s always good smoothie and okay service. But today at around 4pm it was more than that, the young lady who helped me and my daughter get what we wanted to our liking! We need more employees like her here!!! She showed patience and genuine care (as my daughter is very picky and is autistic) and for that I thank her so much!! Hopefully she will be here more often so my daughter could come! The vibe she gave out was as if she loved her job for that thank you Blanca!!!! ?
Not very good. Always slow and they make the smoothies out of order. It’s unpleasant to watch people who ordered after you walk out with their drinks before yours has been started. I just waited over 20 minutes for a drink in an almost empty store. I don’t get annoyed enough to write bad reviews often, but this is multiple bad experiences at this location.
There’s a big parking lot here which is kinda nice for this area

Got one person trying to run register and make the smoothies. Get some help. Pay them decently. Quit being greedy.
They are always out of the chocolate powder for the chocolate smoothies. The worst part is that it’s common for you to order one of these smoothies on the app and then they don’t tell you that they’re out of an ingredient until you get into the store to pick up the drink. Chocolate is a main ingredient so it’s mind blowing they’d be out of it, especially as often as they are.
