Jacks N Joe is a good place of you're in the mood for breakfast fair, or, have a hangover. First time here so we had a variety of dishes for brunch.I had the Maui Wowie Omelette which was alright. The egg was cooked separately and all the ingredients where placed in the folded egg. If I'm having an omelette, I'm expecting the ingredients to get integrated into the egg. The potatoes were fine, not to much to them either other then the flavor of the ingredients.We also shared the Jack's Banana flapjacks which were awesome! The batter was really tasty and the pancakes were really fluffy. It was a little on the sweet side but I really liked them.We also tried the Combo 3, which came with potatoes, 2 eggs, bacon, and toast. Everything tasted fine, nothing of note.Overall, the pancakes saved the day here. They were so good that I'd consider coming back just for that. Everything else was just fine. Also, the parking is non-existent. A very small lot so try to find street parking somewhere and get ready to walk.
I took my father here for breakfast and I would have to say that it used to be good! I do not recommend this place currently for the following reasons. The eating area was not clean, service is ok, and lastly the food needs improvement. Keep searching if this is the place you are considering.
A great breakfast spot with indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the Dakine Combo with Hawaiian French toast, Portuguese sausage and 2 eggs. My partner ordered the combo 1 which came with pancakes, eggs, bacon and potatoes. Both the food and the service were amazing! Will definitely come back again.
Bad customer service.My 1st time there.I was excited.Had a problem with outside sitting and umbrella. And asked for my server, another girl was like hes on break.Asked to speak to management. They told me he/she was busy to come out. Left upset and didn't even finish my food comfortable because i was in shock of how their service was.I had just mentioned to my daughter we will come back with family, but now thats a no
Great food, good & fast attentive service, great food taste, effort, temperature. There is a wait.. but that’s everywhere’ in LA. Great job everyone at Jack n Joe’s. From front host, cooks , clean restroom. Thank you for my first time experience with u(: I’ll be back!
Okay first of all, this is one of the best places you could work for part time but now let's get onto the food and menu...BEST PANCAKES YOU WILL EVER HAVE IN YOUR LIFEEEEEEE!!!! I have brought all my family and friends to this spot and I always get positive feedback ☺️ You will not be disappointed but just keep in mind that they are busy due to their hours of operation. The service is however is a hit or miss because sometimes you will get great service but there have been a couple of times where I don't get the best service. Parking is a mission since they have the front lot and a few spots in the back they do get really full so you would have to find street parking. The owners of this joint are cool people and a pleasure to have worked for!

Very busy, inside and on the patio. Unfortunately, the winds were picking up when my guests and I were seated so it never got to a comfy temperature. The server was very good, the kitchen staff was not on it's toes though, serving us cold fries. The server had it immediately removed and replaced with a fresh, hot basket full. The food was good. Portions, I feel, are a bit on the small side. I am a big eater so needless to say I stopped by the market for a sandwich on the way home.
Best part about this place was that they serve breakfast pretty late.My sister and I shared a delicious waffle with strawberries and Nutella. We also ordered the chilaquiles American style. The green sauce they put on top is yummy, it tasted very similar to my homemade sauce
