Got fruit tea and shaved ice. The tea was watery and mediocre. The boba was well cooked. The shaved ice was good, but there’s much better boba in LA
Wow...I'm not talking about the drink. This place hires young inexperienced people who lack the skills of making a boba drink. My strawberry matcha tasted like filtered milk...If this is a franchise I wish better luck to their other places

When asked staff what "boba" tasted like , being my 1st time in thier store staff member could not answer that. Then I ordered a milk tea for someone in my party they said it tasted unsweetened. Had issues with my other drinks so I called the store SEVERAL times they never answered so no I don't recommend them especially it being my 1st time!
By the way fast service and even though it was crowded pick up two orders great service fast and I love the drinks as a personal customer before
This place is HORRIBLE! I came here over 2 weeks ago and placed an order for TWO BOBAS. They happily charged me and then 15 minutes later notified me they were out of the two items! The sales associate kept giving me options and every time I agreed to a different item, he notified me a minute later they were out of that too! I told him I wanted my refund and he said he couldn't do that because he needed a manager to complete the action!He told me he'd have my money refunded the next day and I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM! They don't answer the phone and my transaction posted under my account! I am now processing a claim with my bank since this is straight up FRAUD! Horrible place and business! DO NOT RECOMMEND! STAFF MEMBERS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!

Probably the best slushy I’ve had in a while. The strawberry watermelon tasted fresh and was not sweetened too much, using the flavors of the fruit and blended smoothly with the ice. Very refreshing and flavorful in its simplicity.Prices aren’t bad. Staff is friendly and efficient.Bathroom was out of service.No indoor seating.No cash payments. Apple Pay accepted.Parking available out front.You can order online.Would def come back for another slushy or two!
