Tried the vegetable masala and samosas and whoa… these Mexican taste buds were taken on a ride through INDIA and the spices it has to offer! Absolutely Delicious. Only suggestion: pretty please include the rice :) thank you!
This tastes like throwup. Had to buy rice separately from a different restaurant as they didn't give rice. Gross ?
Just left my second time coming here! I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is! I feel bad because of the construction, it’s not easy to get to. You have to walk through the green fence path, up two flights of stairs and down a long hallway to get in! But all you have to do is follow the little signs.The food is amazing. I am a vegan and they have the ability to pretty much customize plates to make them vegan, which makes ordering super easy. Their chef is A1. The food is hot and wonderful.I wanted to leave a review after my first visit, but I forgot. But I needed to leave one after my second. This place is just too good not to share! If you love Indian food like I do, India’s Tandoori in the best in LA.Also, Sam, the host/waiter, is awesome. I’m not sure if he owns the place or not, but he treats you like he does.5 stars all around!
After several times of supporting this business, I was unexpectedly denied this time. If we're out of your range, don't offer service and inconvenience everyone..?♀️ Food was good, but customer service questionable since there was no outreach by restaurant. Tread at your own risk
Heads up for people ordering from here:I ordered through Doordash once and pickup another time. Which we've decided will be the last time we go here. Not because the food tastes bad mind you-but because the rating is currently at a B.Judging from some of the older pictures on here from a year ago it was an A at some point. Its up to you to take the chance or not, we would have never seen that it had a B had we not done takeout though.
Authentic taste and delicious. Be aware that the larger building is under construction. It does not take away from your dining at all, but you could think the place is closed when you arrive. They are open.
The 4.3 stars for this restaurant is misleading. This is not good/authentic Indian food. vegetable curry had no flavor and the medium spice level had no spice… also you have to pay extra for rice which I had no idea about when ordering Doordash. As someone else mentioned, I have never been to Indian restaurant that charges extra for rice. It’s overpriced here for low quality food and not going to satisfy your taste buds if you appreciate authentic Indian food and spice.
Ordered chicken tikka masala from Uber eats and this is whats included for $16.99 plus fees and tips. NOTHING ELSE and rice is extra. The owner offered free rice if I leave work and come get it now. I never went to an Indian restaurant where there's an extra charge for rice.
