What a diamond in the rough. Definitely not your traditional omakase experience but this is now on my go to list for whenever I'm back in LA! Loved the mix of flavors, textures, and style of cuisines that were integrated through each dish.
It's a busy spot. We waited to get seating outside. Heater was a bit strong for those right beside it. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Service was great, interior of the restaurant and washrooms were clean.
This is a small but charming k-town ramen joint with good service and a creative menu. The only dish I didn’t like was the bun, which was a little oily and understuffed. The salmon burrata was very delicate and flavorful, and the ramen had a rich broth with decent toppings. Finally, try the home-made yuzu ice cream. It’s so good, we took a pint home with us after the meal!
We enjoyed the “soyu ramen” or noodles with soy sauce broth. It’s served with delicious sliced pork. Tasty and delicious. Recommended.
The ramen here tasted soooo good! The broth was really thick and had a very strong pork flavor. I got the burt garlic tonkotsu and I loved how strong the garlic flavor was! The noodle itself was very thin, a little too thin based on my preference, but the pork was just the right texture. The bun was delicious, especially with the slightly spicy sauce, however, very oily. I also highly recommend the salmon burrata and the house-made yuzu ice cream. In addition, the staff here were also so friendly, definitely a 5-star experience!
Small place but they have outdoor seating too. Ordered take out and it was completely promptly in under 10 mins. The take out was packaged well with the soup being seperate from the noodles. Egg was good and the charau was good too. Once the noodles and soup were combined, I enjoyed every bit. The broth was very good with a medium garlic taste. Would recommend.
Absolutely delicious! I recommend the carbonara with fish roe, the yuzu burrata and the fermented rice ice cream. The most unusual Japanese restaurant I have ever been too.
great atmosphereloved how they decorate the storeordered salmon don and yuzu ramenit impressed with the varies tastes in ramen
One of the best ramen places in LA! Good selection of beers, but the food was FANTASTIC! Every item was tasty and filling! Will make this a definite go-to!
Ordered via uber eats. Sushi had a stale odor, and tasted as if it had gone bad. Couldn't eat more than one bite. Moreover it looked horrible.
