I usually don’t post anything, but today was bad, not bad horrible service , so my family and I went to have breakfast, the waiter only show is our table and that’s it, we just went and sit, after 20 min waiting and we were not acknowledged at all , they usually at least acknowledge you and offer you drinks first but this time was nothing! we were party of 6 and we usually spend about $200 and to get this horrible service not worth it spend our money here, IHOP you just lost 6 customers.

The food was very good the waiter was very attentive he got our food fast he kept refilling our coffee there was nine of us so he really had his hands full but he handled it very well

It was beautiful morning. They are all kind and foods are so delicious. Ask for the special discount program after brunch, she explains very kindly. I love this place and will come again soon.

Was there to celebrate a coworker's last day by having breakfast here before work. Didn't think it would take an hour to get our food because our server totally forgot about us. Even told her manager she didn't know who our server was. Second server we got tried to save face by saying kitchen was backed up even though all other tables around us that came way later got their food already. Food eventually arrived but we had to rush out. I'm so embarrassed. Wish I hadn't suggested eating here.

IHOP is my husband favorite it never disappoints with its delicious pancakes, and burger is good too

I took my girlfriend and her family out to IHOP this morning the food was delicious and the service was friendly.

Great food. Great service. They actually follow CDC requirements. If you don't have a vaccine card you can eat outdoors only.

The food was great, but the real reason I'm reviewing is to single out our *fantastic* server, Jose, who did everything in his power to make our meal exceptional. What a great dude. IHOP, please know what an asset you have in this employee and make sure he's valued and respected.

Service was great, healthy portions, temperature of food was luke warm. Also was surprised had to show covid card to be seated. Some people don't carry their cards.

Didn't expect the COVID record and ID requirement to enter the restaurant. It must be LA county thing. French toast was great, and it had no cinnamon. Yay!
