ADAN our server was absolutely amazing! Although we came on a holiday & it was a bit busy, he was very polite & attentive to us. He took our order promptly & made sure we had enough coffee for our table. The food was fresh & warm upon serving as well. The staff wears protective masks & table are cleaned & disinfected.
Not enough parking is always full. need to work more in their service. The two times that I had visited have experienced poor customer service from their waiter/waitress as in putting wrong order. I asked for the pancakes with bananas, strawberries with whipped cream. They brought us French toast. When I told the waiter that it was pancakes with bananas/strawberry he brought plain pancakes, chopped strawberries and chopped bananas for us to fix ourselves what we had order.
When I went there by myself and asked a seat for one person, the restraunt was somewhat free, there being 4-5 groups at the time. Because I'm a huge fan of biscuits of gravey, I asked my server if they offered it and she was kind enough to ask the cooks if they could offer it. As I ordered a 2x2x2 with a side order of a biscuit and gravey, she further offered to change the pancake that comes in the 2x2x2 with the biscuit and gravey for no extra charge, which allowed me to save unnecessary payments. The overall effort she put to satisfy my needs, alongside a constant checking up on me, made the experience here a wonderful one.

The service was not that good the lady took forever to get my food and the place was NOT as full as it usually seems to be. They brought the check faster then the food and although I had two waitresses they took almost 1 hour for two burgers.
Horrible experience. Waited 20 mins just to get a server to offer drinks. The restaurant was dead at 8:30M. There is no vegan option on menu. I asked if they can sub the beef for salted mushrooms for one of their bowls and they said they can’t. The server and manager both said they can’t. Everything comes as is.
All you can eat pancakes
Place was dirty the server named Damian H. was horrible talking to me like I was his homie. not once did he come to check on us. I had to go get my condiments from another table.all around tables were left dirty. Corina the hostess was careless napkins all around her area on the floor. The place was not even busy for them to have such horrible service LOL
I visited this location about two weeks ago, the server must have been in a bad mood. She was very cold, short with my boyfriend and I, and seemed annoyed just being at work. She was also in the process of training another younger employee and she wasn’t being very helpful. The icing on the cake was when my boyfriend and I barely got our meals and she placed the check on our table abruptly and said, “whenever you’re ready,” and just walked away. Keep in mind we went on a slow night, there were maybe two or three other tables being occupied. Hardly any customers were present. I understand that things have been very hard especially due to COVID. But I don’t think that’s acceptable behavior. The food was decent, but being treated in that manner really ruined the experience for me.
