My grandson loves IHOP so we have been to a lot of them. Some are great, some not so much. This one is wonderful if you are in the Downtown LA area.The place is super clean and the service is excellent.There was a short wait, but once we were seated our server was with us straight away. She took our drink order. Their office is very good and they give you a pot to fill your own. Some places have terrible coffee or charge a mint for decent coffee. IHOP has great coffee at a reasonable price and you won't run out.Their breakfast items are my favorite. My grandson loves their burgers. We had pancakes, eggs and sausage and my grandson had their classic burger. It was all great.The food came hot and it was perfect. We will be back.
Horrible service! Waitress was racist. Charged us twice for drinks that have free refills. Servers name was Gianna. Food was not good. Spent 2 hours there because no one would take our order. The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life, would give negative stars if I could. Find another ihop with people who aren’t racist, you might enjoy your food then.

Awful. I’m here right now. And I literally had to get up for someone to take my order. Place is not even totally full. I was even raising my hands so someone would see me and no one made eye contact with me.
I went to the International House of Pancakes today, to get a free"Short Stack", and since I turned 55 on February 27, I wanted to order,from the Senior Menu. I wanted to see if the Senior Entree, couldassuage my hunger, It did. I couldn't finish my "free" short stack.The food wa delicious. ? Try the Senior Menu 2x2x2 that's2 Eggs,2 pancakes, 2 pork sausages or bacon. I substituted the bacon,for Turkey Bacon. Bon Appetit!! ????
My fav place to eat in the USA. Mammoth pancake stacks. Strawberry cheesecake dreams. We don't get this kind of luxury in the United Kingdom. I can't wait to go back once I get out of Great Britain again. I am craving that sweet sweet pancake mountain. 5 stars! 6 if they would let me.
The management team was accommodating, the waitress was great customer service was on point and the food was decent. I just wish there were better seating areas is too much open space for people to pass by you're open plate of food.
Ok food, ok service
The staff was really nice, the food was decent, and they accepted me and my fiance's request towards crispy hash brown. They didnt get the crispiness right the first time but were good about fixing it.The only downside in general was there was this not so nice smell when I first walked in.
The service overtook the food experience. I will definitely be back before I leave.
