I got the breakfast tacos and thought they were superb. The staff was especially friendly. They’ve got vegetarian options and meat options. It felt like somewhere I would frequent regularly if I lived here.

Great prices, good sauce, and they serve coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Amazing.
Must get the queso and margarita. My go to are the trinity tacos with green salsa ?. Ordering online for pick-up is the fastest way to get your tacos.
Five tacos in, would recommend the brisket and margarita. Not too hot on the Texas taco. Ambiance quality with good LA hip music, fast rapid service, would recommend for the casuals

Every ingredient was fresh. The eggs are a standout, light and fluffy. So tasty. All three breakfast tacos were very tasty. I added the house made green and red salsas as well.Honestly a great breakfast taco spot (they have non breakfast tacos that I assume are as tasty).
6/5 This restaurant just enhanced our California experience. We looked up "breakfast places near me" and HomeState popped up. We would never have expected to find a place with outstanding food. It was so amazing that we came back every morning and all of the options and amazing. The presentation is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Would recommend for all!
Hole in the wall style restaurant with excellent Tex Mex food. 2 Tacos per person is ideal and you can add one more depending on hunger level. We tried Chicken, Potatoes, Emo(Vegan) and trinity. The Trinity is a breakfast style taco eith egg, bacon and cheese. All the tacos were delicious. We paired it with Tepache which took it to another level.

Excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only thing I was disappointed in was that I found this fantastic place late in my holiday. The veggie tacos were all beautiful and so were the sides. We sat outside and it was clean and well staffed. Would highly recommend the potatoes sides, they were so addictive, especially with the complimentary sauces! Thanks for having us!
