I cant say it's the most friendly customer service, but the food was ok. The chicken strips were perfect and tasted fresh. My burger had the bacon forgotten and I to hunt someone down to get it. Instead of "I'm sorry!" They walked away and brought me 3 of the saddest strips of bacon I'd ever seen.The tots and fries are awesome and I love that there is a free pour coke machine
I have no idea how our food order got messed up, but we ordered two burgers, two shakes, sweet potato fries, and tots w/chili & cheese to go. When we got back to our hotel, we discovered we got the correct burgers, shakes, and sweet potato fries - but the tots were plain, and there was a salad and chicken strips with the order. Normally, I'd be more bothered by this, but WOW was the food delicious! I'll count this as a fluke at this point and will likely be back again sometime before we leave town. I might dream about that burger.
5 stars for food, 1 stars for service. This place was amazing when it first opened. The managers were welcoming, smiling, very engaging. Now, they seem to not care, robotic, uninterested. Also, by California law, they are required to provide access to a restroom yet they have a sign saying no public restrooms available, otherwise it should say Restroom for Customers Only.
After a day at Universal we wanted something to eat, this place is by our hotel. The burgers are great we had two VIP burgers kids had the chicken tenders Burgers and tenders were great, prices are good and service was excellent
I recently visited this location last week after hearing so much about the burgers. Once I went inside I ask the lady at the counter if she could tell me a little bit about their burgers. She look at me and pointed her finger to the menu on the wall. I immediately felt offended. I told her that she has poor customer service skills. So I asked for a manager. Then she said she was the manager, and I walked out of the restaurant.
Amazing burgers! They were the perfect size and price. The buns were so soft but able to hold everything together. The staff was friendly and helpful. And they have some great burger flavors if you want to try something new. Beer on tap and wine was an excellent perk! Would highly recommend stopping by as you walk the boulevard!
pretty decent burgers but quite pricey
Got closed on me 40 min earlier than closing time on Sunday 10/10/2021 at 20:20. Higher management please notice that your employee stuff does it. Cashier was helpful, he tried to negotiate with management since i walked in way before closing time, but his request was denied. A few people behind me were turned around as well. Poor service.
I try to stop by every time I'm in the area. Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I'm such a big fan, I bought one of their Hollywood Burger tee shirts.
I was on my way back to the City coming from Sherman Oaks...Exited at Vine Street, Google Burgers near me...Hollywood Burger came up &( shake shack)??Made that left onto Hollywood Blvd ...Pulled up, Read the menuI chose The V.I.P. Cheese Burger which came with Bacon & Red onions....I added grilled onions and pickles ?Laaaaarwd have mercy!!The Burger? was Delllllicous and Tasty!!Hats off to the Chef and the Staff.Job well done#satisfied customers
