Got a take out pizza on Super Bowl Sunday. Service was great and professional. Got a large pizza ?. Tasted pretty good, but crust was too thin.

Ordered a chicken pasta in pesto sauce Saturday and got food poisoning. I really like your pizzas though. I was sick as a dog for like 3.5 days. Still nauseated today but it's about gone. Make sure your cooks rotate out the fridge. God bless.

This place used to be good but they hired horrible employees who are rude to customers and their pizza isn’t good anymore. The quality of ingredients has gone down dramatically. The cheese is rubbery and lacks flavor, and it’s super greasy. The dough seems like cheap store bought pre-made dough. I used to support this place even though the quality dipped so low because it was a local spot but the employees actively repel customers. They’re so rude. Especially a new young man they hired. For good pizza try Cosa Buona and Triple Beam. Their pizzas are delicious and their customer service is amazing.
Being a POC from the south, I'm used to encountering microaggressions from employed in service and retail businesses. However, it was a surprise to me to see it in a place as diverse as LA. The most shocking part I witness was the employee, a POC directing that type of behavior to customer who was also, a POC. I’m aware of that type behavior is common on the prison yards between the ethnic minorities; maybe that why the place is called Hard Times.
The pizza is delicious ? small place is better make your orden and pick up.
