Took our 13 year old granddaughter here for her 13th birthday after seeing a play at the Pantages theater. We had a great dinner and service.

We had a table booked for 8pm and our main course arrived at 9.25 and was cold. We told the waiter who was less than helpful. After speaking to the manager we left our meal and left the restaurant, we werenât charged. This was our 21st different Hard Rock Cafe and can safely say we have never encountered such poor service and meal. Roll on San Francisco!
Our visit to Hard rock Hollywood was made all the better by our amazing server Joey! He was extremely friendly and couldnât do any more. Clearly rushed off his feet but he did not let that affect his manner. Heâs an asset to the business! Our food was delicious too and to top it off there was a live band on featuring Steven Adler! Thanks for an amazing evening guys
Food was ok, but the combo we prefered was sold out as though we were there in the early evening, that didnât make us feel happy, but waiters were friendly and ok⦠only the music was bad⦠the band only tested their instruments and so you could not hear the normal musicvideosâ¦â¦. at least all in one not a great dinner but ok.
We arrived early and the hostess wouldn't allow us to be seated even though they weren't busy. The food was okay but not worth the price. I expected a lot more out of the interior of the place and the food/menu. The hostess wasn't friendly but the server was overly friendly. All in all I probably wouldn't come back here again. The hard rock casino in Tampa, Florida is definitely worth going to though!
