I'll definitely pay another visit. The fried green tomato sandwich was good. I substituted the sourdough bread with their biscuits. It was bomb? The bartender was wonderful. I received a little bit of tips with the recommendations he offered me. I was very impressed with the customer service experience, food, atmosphere, music, neatness, etc
we came here to have a quick bite while waiting for our son's flight to take off at 11:30PM since lately with all the flights delays and cancellations. The food was good and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The ambiance was ok, since its inside the Marriott and there were lots of people coming in late to get a bite too.
We always stay at the LAX Marriott when heading out on an early morning flight. We also always eat at the bar at Hangar 18. Wen usually start with the soft Pretzel and take it from there. Fish tacos and margherita flatbread are always good. Bartenders are friendly. Food comes out from the kitchen quickly
A far cry from the old Champions! When I planned this trip to La I suggested to my business associates that we stay here at the LAX Marriott because of Champions bar. I had no idea that it had been remodeled into the new hangar 18. Extremely sterile. No character. And $20 for a shot of Woodford that I pay $12 for back home. I doubt that I'll ever stay here again unless it's just for convenience to the airport.
Great place to eat and watch a game. I ordered the Salmon, with brown rice, and it was delicious. The service is amazing. They earned an additional star!
My friend and I had the bacon burger and found that the entire meal had absolutely no flavour. It didn't taste bad, but it didn't taste like anything. Literally the most bland meal I can remember eating. On top of that, $16 for a whiskey and coke is insane.
The food quality at this bar & grill inside the LAX Marriott is very good. I had an incredible Red Trolley Fish & Chips - 3 tender pieces of lightly-fried pacific cod and fries; house-made cole slaw and tartar sauce. Their big bacon burger is delicious - I've never had a bad burger at any Marriott location worldwide. They also offered things like fish or shrimp tacos that I did not get to try. They have a good selection of draft beers, wines, and other alcoholic beverages. Give it a try.
Chicken wings were very good Seating is very comfy with sport screens and TV at each booth . The salmon was a bit over cooked but taste was good
Came to town for a meeting and had some time to kill so we ate here. Food was good as were the drinks. Not as pricey as I would have expected for a Marriott hotel restaurant. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
It's a hotel bar. Food will prevent you from starving, but not a lot more.Biggest issue is the smell. The smell anyone who has worked in the restaurant business knows. It appears to be very clean and orderly, but it's obvious the deep cleans aren't happening. They need a full clean, pulling out all the equipment, cleaning floor sinks/drains etc.Would have sold me several more drinks, but your lack of cleanliness sent me to my room early.
