First time coming here. Saw it in Facebook and saw it was 20 minutes with traffic but well worth it. I will definitely come here many more times. Trying to find parking within complex may be little difficult but you can always Uber. After placing order, food is ready almost immediately.

This is a sidewalk market place cool to see everyone cooking right in front of you real city vibe a must try. You can eat there but no table some ppl have chairs

They only take cash. There are a lot of stands. They have tamales, but Guatemalan tamales, not Mexican ones. They had rice with chicken and potatoes with chicken. They also have good hot drinks and arroz con leche. Parking can be a Lil tough, but there is street parking and the little shopping center parking.

Extremely authentic food at this Guatamalan Night Market on Bonnie Brae and 6th Street in East LA . I got some Horchata, I thought it was tasty but it's a really big cup so if there are 2 of you then you might want to split one . I also got those fresh and tasty french fries that are literally made in a fryer propped up in a shopping cart . This is DIY . People do what works . Fries come with red (ketchup ) white ( mayo ) and green ( hot sauce ) on it but I left out the Mayo. These are hot and homemade tasting .Needs salt though ! Good luck finding a seat to sit down and eat it .I also got some potato empanadas called empanadas de papa. These come with lettuce cheese and hot sauce and they're pretty good and cheap . Most things are $4 or $5 and it's mostly guys picking up dinner after work who come here . I like this place , I came with a friend from the Westlake subway stop near MacArthur park and walked over . There's a HUGE street vending scene here .

Shhhhh if you know you know. Don't get it shut down like the other night market near higland park smh.

Good place to go and try real south American food Guatemala ?? peru ?? el Salvador ?? etc best Aguas frescas cuisine on the street like on mi mexico

Bad food it's not even Guatemala food fried chicken and frinch fries. disgraceful to Guatemala culture.

They are so disrespectful and are filthy. I also seen one of the cooks drop meat on the floor and still put it on the grill. They don't wash there hands, wear hairs nets. I've gotten food poisoning from eating the trash they call food. -100/10

I don't know why they call this Guatemalan night market.. kind of don't like that name, but it's great here. All the food is amazing!!!

Carne asada plate is the business here! Get it with beans and rice.
