I would give the pizza 7.5/10! No this is not the best pizza in LA, but yes it definitely hits the spot when you are craving a quick slice of pizza. The setup makes it super easy to go in and out with a good quality slice in under 5 minutes!! They have some other unique specialty slices that I would try in the future and I would definitely comeback. The service is also really good, the workers are very kind.
The only pizza spot around the area with vegan cheese. Man there were some terrible customers hitting on the staff. The waitress was great to us but let the customer continue to harass her. I didn't feel that she was handling the situation in a professional way by continuing the conversation with the man and allowing him to be disrespectful for at least 20 minutes nonstop.(I'll elaborate since I can't reply)Perhaps your staff needs more training on how to handle customers like that in a way that is courteous to other customers. It made the time waiting for the pizza awful for me and my friend and I'll most likely avoid coming there to eat knowing anyone could come in and continue to make a scene at the expense of everyone else around. It's not a place I can relax and feel like I'm in a professional business if people are allowed to carry on making a scene for such a long duration.A professional response would be to stop replying to everything the man said and remain focused on the job, also tell the man to stop harassing her and remind him this is a business, she's working and it's not a bar where that behavior makes sense. You can understand that a business is indeed responsible for what is allowed to happen in the business. This is part of the atmosphere and service factored together.Food 3Service 4 (because she was polite)Atmosphere 1A 3 star ratingThe food was fine.
We always see a line here so decided to order. Our first and second order consisted of the meat pizza, wings, breadsticks, and pickles. Such a great spot! We both really enjoyed. For sure recommend ordering from here!
This was some damn good pizza. I tried the Marg Pizza and the Phoenix.Marg Review:The thinness of the crust gave it a satisfying crunchy but the end was still doughy and dusted with parmesan cheese. The sauce was some of the freshest I’ve had in a pizza, it tasted like a simple well-made tomato sauce. I feel like some more herbs and spices could’ve amplified the flavour even more! The mozzarella was so warm when it came out that I had a couple good cheese pulls.Phoenix Review:This slice has the same crunchy crust that I loved but I preferred the simpler flavours of the other pizza. Having the buffalo sauce as the base made it lack sauce which is probably my favourite part of a pizza. The toppings were good and I enjoyed the flavour of it overall, I just would’ve made it spicier and saucier.Overall, this is a great pizza place, which walk in slices range from $3-5.50. It’s affordable and delicious!
they only have like one small oven to warm up all the pizzas. each slice is 3 dollars. i would recommend demorse pizza over ghost pizza. they make you pay a cost for the pizza box that they server your order in. indoor seating is horrible place has no AC inside from what i know of or either its just hot all the time , outdoor seating is dangerous its melrose sit outside iat your own risk
Called to place an order, the employee on the phone was very helpful and said it would be ready in 20 to 25 mins. We got there in 25 mins and the employee at the counter asked us for our name and seemed confused we we there. I said I just talked to someone on the phone then she said oh ya that was me. She went to the back of the establishment and when she came back she said she gave them the order back there but they never made it. I was annoyed but figured she'd offer to make it then but nope! She said they're closing up and there's nothing they could do. Pretty unbelievable that they'd mess up like that but even more ridiculous that they didn't offer anything at all to make up for their mistake. I see why they're called Ghost Pizza but idk how they're going to make money if they ghost on their paying customers. Ended up going to Pura Vita for amazing pizza that actually got made.
Best gluten free pizza we’ve had in LA - so happy to find their Burbank location!
I was craving some pizza and this place caught my eye. I love the colors and design elements of the store. I was very happy to see a lot of specialty slices available. They could have just stuck with pepperoni or cheese but they had about a dozen different slices available. The dough was great. The sauce was tangy and tasty. Overall, quite happy with this spot.
I’m hardly a pizza aficionado nor am I person with particularly high pizza standards, so if you are, take this with a grain of salt, but this place had something for everyone. It had some exotic flavors which matched the boutique atmosphere. Yet, they also made a fundamental greasy cheese pepperoni which I really enjoyed.
Best pizza in Los Angeles. I love that they sell by the slice. Sometimes I'm craving pizza but I don't want the whole thing and I love that I can walk in and grab 2 or 3 slices and be satisfied. Wings are also fire!
