My wife and I are fans of Garibaldy, but yesterday's experience left us with questions. They have amazing sandwiches when they have all the items listed. Yesterday we ordered our usual that comes with a crunchy baguette. They were out of the baguette they customarily used and subbed it with another type of bread. You would think letting your customers know beforehand would be best practice since they've built a great brand on taste, flavor, and textures.Luckily they were out of pasta and didn't sub it for another type. That should be the same practice with all your meals. If one of the main ingredients is missing, don't sell it to make the sale. It makes your customers feel cheated and makes us question the overall brand.
Amazing sandwiches here - they nail the textures and flavors. Fantastic bread. Don’t sleep on this place. It’s not just another generic Highland Park breakfast and lunch spot. They also have wine and beer now!
Previously, I had only had their food delivered, but I actually got to visit today. The Milano sandwich is where it's at and their pesto pasta rivals The Factory Kitchen's handkerchief pasta.
Absolute banger food, and pistachio lattes were perfection. Prices were totally reasonable given the portion sizes - we shared the pasta and avocado toast and still took leftovers home between the two of us.
First visit. Like many restaurants in Highland Park, space and ambience are nice. Food is okay. If you know how to cook, you are unlikely to be impressed.
The pesto pasta and the sandwiches are bomb. Fun specialty coffees too. Super cute place and plenty of nice outdoor seating.

The lavender latte with oat milk is awesome. With milk it is good too but you don't taste the lavender as much. The loved the roast beef sandwich, too! It I such a fun place to come, relax, and enjoy good food with friends!
Food was quite good, but my coffee/cappuccino was really bad. There is a good coffee shop next door so I'll go there next time. Definitely get the sandwiches!
